Thermaltake XCONTROLLER 5.25" Drive Bay Kits - Fan Controller w/ LED Light

Pros: very basic but does work fine ....VERY bright leds..

Cons: i am not disappointed that one if my knobs were broken but you get what you pay for.

Pros: it's controlling the fan
the leds indicating fan setting
takes half a 5.25 bay helping with cable managment

Cons: knobs comes off if excessive force is used such as pulling the unit into position to be flush with the front panel
hooking up the unit into the 5.25 bay was a bit of a challenge since every time i went to put a screw in the controller shifted and unaligned the screw holes

Other Thoughts: All in all i highly suggest this controller if your on a budget

Pros: Works like it's supposed to, had no problems hooking anything up and the lights are bright. Controls the fans, what else can I say?

Pros: Came broke ... will not control fan speeds. Have to RMA. Newegg is always awesome!

Cons: This think is very BLING. The lights on the unit are bright and they are just screaming to say "Look at me"

Pros: It nice looks pretty you get the oohs and ahs.

controls 4 fans without a hickup 3 pin or 4pin(powered only)

rgb light depending on the speed. blue=low red=high green=medium

Cons: A nightmare if you are paranoid about cable management. I am a bit aggressive about cable management. The unit died the second day. was hoping it would last atleast a year

Other Thoughts: wouldnt recommend it to anyone but i guess you get what you pay for.

Pros: - Sped my fans up, while keeping them adjustable.
- LED's look nice.
- Fun to play with.
- Cheap

Cons: - Nobs stick out a bit far.
- Plastic plate feels flimsy.

Other Thoughts: I game mostly during the weekend, so I need to put my fans on full power to keep things cool, but during the week I like less noise in my room.

Pros: -Looks great
-Easy Installation
-Bright LED's

Cons: Fan #1 port does not work. Its really not that big of a deal because you can tether more than 1 fan per knob.

Other Thoughts: Good deal for 13 bucks, I would buy again.

Pros: works, lights are cool, lots of adptrs

Cons: the srews holes are easy to strip. I did and I didn't even get the screw 1/2 way in on one side

Other Thoughts: if you want to control more than 1 fan cheap, buy this cant really go wrong

Pros: Does what it needs to do. Installation of the fans and the actual unit onto the 5.25'' bay is a snap. Color-coding is helpful in case you can't hear the difference in fan speeds.

Cons: There is no "click", meaning there's no on off. Just slow, medium, and fast. I had bought this because it was purported to be able to turn your fans on and off.

Minor quibble, since everything else it does is excellent. I just want the advertised features to be actually present.

Other Thoughts: Like everyone says, very bright LEDs. My parent's computer, which I installed because the fans are loud, lights up like a Christmas tree.

Pros: Works great and powers all my fans even at full blast

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Lights are really bright but this is because I'm not a super nerd and I don't want to have a flashly looking computer.
