The right screws for a high price
- Pros: A good variety of screws. Fan screws, hard drive screws, 5.25" drive screws, mainboard standoffs, screws to go with those... If you plan on building a computer with zero screws from the start this should get you going nicely.
- Cons: -1 for the price. Now that I think of it I could probably have picked up just the screws I actually needed at a hardware store for less, and then I wouldn't be getting a bunch of screws that will just sit there unused, either.
- Other Thoughts: I would have preferred fewer plastic parts and more actual screws. It also has far more fan screws than I need, but if you're adding a bunch of fans to a large, fanless case there are plenty.
If you plan on relying on the sticker with pictures and descriptions on the inside of the lid like the product's picture shows, note that they don't seem to come with those any more.
Newegg shipped mine in one of those envelopes that are lined with bubble wrap on the inside, so when I got it the corner of the box and a couple separators were broken. Not worth paying the shipping to return it, but...
- Pros: Nice assortment
- Cons: Way over priced. They didn't even incude any screws that fit the motherboard pegs that they give you.
- Pros: came a day early that is always a pluss
- Cons: wish it had thum screws but i will live
