5 out of 5 eggsSata Cable

Pros: It's red, it's 18" long, one end is 90* and it's better than the orginal one in computer.... what else can I say ?
It works...... I'd buy again/more... price is right.

Cons: No cons

Other Thoughts: A unique 4 digit number matching on each end would help identify from other SATA cables

5 out of 5 eggsDoes what I needed.

Pros: Pretty much every time I build a new computer I order one of these, if you don't use these cables and you have hard drive right next to a large graphics card like a 8800 of some sort you will have to bend a normal SATA cable very sharply. The big problem with a normal cable is that if you bend downwards you can break the data SATA connection right off the hard drive. This cable I use right next to my 8800GTS because there really isn't enough room even in my fairly large case (Antec 900).

Cons: The color doesn't match my other cables but that really doesn't matter to me.

Other Thoughts: Try to buy this when you get something else off newegg so you don't waste money on shipping.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Cables!

Pros: Not too much you can say other than they work perfect. Got two for my two new SATA drives, and they work without any problem whatsoever. I intended to get SATA I cables as my motherboard interface is too old for SATA II.

Cons: They don't glow? I really have no cons for this... and my PC has no side window so if I really wanted glowing cables I'd have to deal with that first.

Other Thoughts: I noticed people complaining about these not being SATA II in other reviews... it clearly states as such in the title.

5 out of 5 eggssimple, yet effective

Pros: Works well, so you don't have to fuss with the cable too much. Works seamlessly with my Samsung DVD burner (also from new egg). Came on time, and worked with no problem.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Not AS necessary for HDD's as they tend to be lower(ly) placed in a standard case *closer to the SATA jacks), but for CD-ROM or any kind or card readers, it works like a charm.

5 out of 5 eggsWell... It's a cord... And it's red.

Pros: Well it's a cord... And it's red, it does what it's supposed to and it's long enough to get the job done.

Cons: None.

Pros: It does what it is suppose to do

Cons: Isn't SATA II

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: None if it doesn't work

Cons: Cable was DOA

Other Thoughts: My new PC wouldn't recognize my 2nd optical drive. I swapped out the SATA cable and it worked fine.
