5 out of 5 eggsHelps me sleep at night.

Pros: Well i got this not to long ago and it helps it helped out some small voltage settings in my BIOS but Again with the 4 to 8 pin CPU power suppler didn't seem like it made to much of a difference.

Cons: Could be shorter, now i have an extra 6 inches of cable in my case.... other then that nothing

Other Thoughts: you know i am sure that there are mobo's out there that require 24 pin settings but mine did fine without, so before you buy this consult your manual to see if its needed. Again probably better to have then not.....

4 out of 5 eggsit works (99% of the time)

Pros: It works.

Cons: It has given me some scares, before. It doesn't seem to make the greatest connection with my motherboard and has caused not to power up, if it was at the wrong angle.

Other Thoughts: Worth the money.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Connects a 20-pin power supply to a 24-pin motherboard. Works as expected, and the connections are tight enough to remain secure but not too tight to remove without a struggle.

Cons: None. It does what it's designed to do.

3 out of 5 eggsdidn't need it

Pros: I suppose you might need it if you mobo won't post on a 20 pin power supply.

Cons: I didn't need it cause my ASUS mother board allows me to plug in a 20 pin or a 24 pin PS. If you are overclocking, you will want a new high wattage PS, but for most office systems you can get away with plugging your old 20 pin supply into the mother board. Read your mobo manual just to be sure.

5 out of 5 eggsFunny Story

Pros: The story is about the small town I live in. I needed a 20 to 24 pin adaptor for my mobo. I when to a local computer store to get one and the CERTIFIED TECH said that there isnt such a thing and that it isnt a 20 to 24 but a 24 to 28. WOW I guess I bought something that dosent exist.

Cons: NONE

4 out of 5 eggsGood.

Pros: As described. Not that long but should reach with the PSU cables.

Cons: I didn't need it. My PSU had the +4 connector.

Other Thoughts: None, as described.

4 out of 5 eggsPower Converter

Pros: well it makes old power supplies useful again. whats wrong with that.. member spending a lot of money on say 300-400 watts? well u can still use it with this as long as u don't plan on running dual video cards(depending how overclocked ur system is)

Cons: well its not much but it takes a few seconds longer for the power to transfer into the motherboard.

Other Thoughts: well.. i used an old 400watt power supply on a 939 opty, an 2x 7600gts... i have everything overclocked and it was working, but when i played a game it crashed... i put my 7600gts to the normal clockrates and havent had a problem since. its a convenient cable to buy if ur not using top notch video cards.. u can easily save 100 bucks on a new power supply by just using an old reliable one.
