Pros: the card was recognized in windows xp immediately.
Cons: the included cable didn't. the one i bought (because i didn't realize that one was bundled) which was identical to the included one didn't work either. boo.
Other Thoughts: buy a rosewill or some other brand. the cable included with the rosewill was way longer and sturdier...and it worked.
