It's... a cable.

Pros: So... it connect IDE devices... like in my case - an extra hard drive I had lying around.

It was in perfect condition, as one would expect a simple cable to be.
Cons: It did not magically connect itself to my hard drives and motherboard.
Other Thoughts: I think even writing this much about a cable is a stretch. Other thoughts? Really?
