Pros: Everything works.

Cons: I have not had any issues, but I am wondering just how accurate the temp gauges are. I can figure how you can go from 0 to 100 is under a second once you power up.

Other Thoughts: It would also have been nice to come with SATA power connectors since it comes with SATA cables.

Pros: Everything you need for a business computer. I've used this board in several configurations, low-end spreadsheet user to graphics design stations by selecting the appropriate processor. Works well with the WD Raptor HDDs, I've configured Raid 0 and 5 with acceptable results.

Cons: The heatsink included with Intel's boxed processors are a pain to install, If you don't do it right expect your box to be a space heater.

Other Thoughts: I love this board.
