All great except LAN
- Pros: Easy installation, straight forward, pretty fast w/o overclocking, and stable.
- Cons: Intermittent LAN problems. This is more an Nvidia onboard LAN problem. I've tried updating drivers, etc. to no avail, so bought a NIC.
- Other Thoughts: Re: the LAN problem, connection to internet would just stop. Disabling the connector, then enabling it, worked, but sometimes I'd get 5 minutes of connection before having to do again.
Good board but check cpu approval list, I'm stuck with this!
- Pros: Good board to learn to coverclock with. Lots of options and I have not had any kind of failures, including SATA Raid 0.
- Cons: limited list of approved CPU's for this board. SATA connectors need a re-design. NVIDIA Utilities provided for this board are near useless.
- Other Thoughts: I wish I had gotten the 9NPAJ +SLI. It has by far better support for socket 939 processors. Also consider an AM2 board instead.
Couldn't ask for more.
- Pros: Spent considerable time shopping around for a motherboard I intend to use for as many years as possible. Stable, more options than I could shake a stick at, affordable, documentation, included assembly tools. Can be configured and used within minutes, but plethora of options deep enough to spend considerable time (without compromising anything). A sheer pleasure to install.
- Cons: Utilities are a bit buggy. Not that my life depends on them. I simply installed them out of boredom.
- Other Thoughts: Arguably the most reliable (so far), feature-rich, simple-to-use motherboard I've ever owned!
