Comments: I'm probably more computer savvy than the average Joe, but I'm a novice when you stick me in a room of computer geeks. I got this board on recommendation from my computer geek buddy who built my machine. He's running the same board in his hot rod, minus the 3rd Eye. The 3rd Eye unit itself is kinda cheap-looking, but it does it's job and it's cool to be able to see all the temps and speeds. It would also be nice if the 3rd Eye cable could come unplugged instead of having to roll up a 6' cord whenever you need to move the machine.

Comments: This is my 2nd Abit mobo (after the BF6), and this baby REALLY overclocks on plain stock cooling. Using the P4 2.8ghz (520?) and stock cooling, have this baby overclocked to 3.57 ghz with no real voltage changes.
If your looking for cheap FREE mhz, this is the motherboard !!

solid, but "extras" are flaky

Comments: Solid mobo, but some features didn't work. The Abit "FlashBIOS" update just didn't work, period; despite updates. Had to flash the bios via floppy. Annoying. Also, the uGuru clock reported room temps about 8 degrees higher than reality. But, oc'ing worked.
