The GIGABYTE GA-8N-SLI is loaded with some of the most advanced desktop-computing technologies in the world. It is the latest in the GIGABYTE i-DNA (Intelligent Dual Nano Architecture) series of motherboards and is great for both hardcore enthusiasts as well as normal PC users looking for a future-ready motherboard. Featuring the NVIDIA nForce4 SLI Intel Edition chipset with Hyper-Threading Technology, the GA-8N-SLI delivers extreme performance and supports LGA775 Intel Pentium D/ Pentium 4 FSB1066 processors (with Hyper-Threading).
This motherboard has four DDR2 667 memory slots to hold up to 8GB. No matter how much you stretch your system, it can going on and on. It's SLI-ready and has two PCI-E X16 graphic card slots that allow you to pair up two identical SLI graphics cards for the ultimate gaming experience. Great mobo at great price!
- Pros: Easy setup, good doc, everything works. SLI dual card setup, but only running a single 7800GT so far.
- Cons: none that I've found so far
- Other Thoughts: Great mobo for gaming box! This thing screams through CoD2, HL2, WoW, anything I've thrown at it so far! System is:

- Other Thoughts: The previous user had stated that he used ddr2 800, when it supports only ddr2 533/667, also, only Pentium D's have the bug on which you cant overclock the FSB.

SLI
- Pros: SLI capable Intel motherboard. Runs as stated. Haven't tried ocing yet, but I hear this chipset isn't very adept at it.
- Cons: Northbridge is a volcano. I touched it and gave myself a pretty good burn. Concerned with the amount of heat it's putting out.
Great mobo so far
- Pros: So far the board works great. Lots of features, Onboard sound is great. I have no complaints. Great bang for the buck.

- Other Thoughts: I have not tried to overclock it yet, but so far it works like a champ. Running windows XP sp2 on it
Sounds Good
- Pros: Looks cool Cpu heatsink is a bit hard to get in
- Cons: Hasn't worked since I got it. Sent my computer to diferrent places to try to see if anything else was the problem they all told me it was the motherboard and when i sen it back it took about two months to come back.
