4 out of 5 eggsGood board

Pros: It's a great mid-range board for those who just want to have a good decent, long running computer. I've had it for over 1.5 years.
Love the price, PCI-E slot, and ability to use AMD X2.

Cons: -On Board sound sucks, suggest getting a sound card.
-Overclocking is basic don't expect too much.
-Old but good.
-Haven't tried Sata.

Other Thoughts: I have :
AMD X2 4200+ (OC'd barely to 2.3GHz)
nVidia 7600GT
2Gb of ram
Windows XP Pro SP2
and it's running really well.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: finally got around to installing this board.Booetd right up 1st time, no issues.Great layout, easy to follow. So far so good.

Cons: none that matters

Other Thoughts: Have seen a lot of negative stuff going around about this board. If you read between the lines, you sort of can seperate the novice from the pros. I have been using ecs boards for over 8 years now, and yeah I get an rma now and then. This is true with asus, msi, and biostar to name a few. The thing is, out of all the ones that I have installed over the years, they are all still running.

Pros: still running smooth, nothing has worn out. very east to use, easy bios, simple is all i ever need. no component worn out. AMAZING!

Cons: none what so ever. i had abit asus asrock all of them blew out within 3 months or less. compared to the rest, this board is highly stable.

Other Thoughts: where have u been all my life?

Pros: ECS has proved itself to me with this one. Rock stable after 7 months of use. My only concern was how could a board at this price be good. Well my friends, it is 5 star good

5 out of 5 eggsNot bad for the price

Pros: Just built a new computer using this motherboard. For the price, i am very impressed. Many options, seems very stable, and works like a charm, everything installed on it without hitch.

Cons: DDR2 800 Memory on Dual Channel mode wouldn't post when computer was turned on, had to leave 1 stick in to post and fix the settings in the bios and set it to manual DDR2 Timing for Latency and DDR2 667, else Auto-detect mem config won't work too well and the OS won't load up i think.

Other Thoughts: Other than the 1 con. Easily fixed and everything works. Good motherboard, cheap price, system works very nicely.
