Pros: great motherboard, but want to make sure that buyers understand that they need to purchase 800 series AMD processors to get full benefit of the board. Otherwise you can only use 2 of ther 280 series Italy processors.

Cons: limited extra slots - so only really a server board configuration

Pros: Had you told me last week it was impossible to fall in love with a mobo i would have belived you however i would now dissagree, i run 2 servers; same mobo along with quad AMD Dual-Core Opteron 280 Italy processers and 2 raid arrays of 2tb each, its amazingly fast, use it to compile renders as well as programs and its just blazing fast.

Cons: HAD Serious problems with the driver installation disk provided, talked with Tyan customer support and they said the ones on the disk are outdated, and pointed me towards ones on there site after that i had no problems at all! (Runs a little hot, ideals around 35c in the server room(70f), solved by just turning town the thermostat)

Other Thoughts: The spacing on the cpu slots is a little funky same goes for the ram slots, although after some work i was alble to fit in some suited heatsinks. Folks if you have the money and need some serious tork for that project of yours well here it is!
