3 out of 5 eggsBang for the buck

Pros: For the price it is a very nice board that has nice options(pci E, dual core proc support, easy OCing).

Cons: You cannot fit an xp120 or xp90 on this board. XP120 hit my ram in slot 1 and they both hit a resistor that makes it to where you cannot connect all 4 notches. I also can't get my g.skill 2 gigs to work, crashes once I play a game or try to run cpu-z.

Other Thoughts: For the price you really can't say to many bad things about this board. Until I tried to replace my ram I loved this motherboard and have had no stability issues(other then the ram) Would buy again.

3 out of 5 eggsWatch Out!!

Pros: This motherboard works fine for how much it costs.

Cons: It freezes when ever BF2 or CoD2 load!!! No good for the highend games.

Other Thoughts: I tried everything to get it to work, but i ended up just dropping in a more expensive motherboard (from newegg) Everything works great now. So if you might play some highend games, watch out.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Board

Pros: Haven't tried to overclock or do anything fancy with ths board, but so far it is great. Easy to set up, running great.

Cons: Don't really have any, but haven't tried anything to complicated with it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board

Pros: Easy Setup! I have purchased a couple of these in the past with no problems. Chaintech has always served me well

Cons: Instructions sometime lacks clarity. No firewire connections

Other Thoughts: Great value for the price. I would pay a few extra dollars for firewire. Thanks Newegg!

5 out of 5 eggsCheap, Works

Pros: All the necessary overclocking options.
Gigabit internet, 7.1 sound, SATA, it's all there.

Cons: DIMM voltage only goes to 2.9. Resetting ALL the cmos every time it can't start gets annoying (just the frequency settings would be good).
Chipset goes crazy above 340 mhz or so.
Needs more dividers.

Other Thoughts: good value

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: great overclocking, great price.
lots of little things to tweak with, has many features the more expensive boards have.

Cons: quircky usb slots when the HTT gets to high(lots of no keyboard errors, easilly remedied with a quick reset and swapping the keyboard to a diff slot). cant trust the onboard temp monitor(reads low). limited voltage, the vcore is decent but the ram voltage only goes to 2.9...and mine undervolts a tad..perfect if you have tccd based ram chips.

Other Thoughts: overall a very good board with good clocking ability and plenty of onboard doodads to keep you happy..and not all the extra stuff i didnt need (like 10 usb..dual gigabit lan...6+sata ports) so it is priced right.

Cons: the chipset/heatsink is not secure as i seen better but still gets the job done and the manual dose not have much to say

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice BIOS features, most things worked.

Cons: Doesn't work with X-Fi sound card (Xtreme Music and Platinum)

Other Thoughts: Putting this together gave me a lot of problems. It doesn't work with the X-Fi card I had which is dissapointing and Im stuck using onboard now. Had some driver issues in XP64 bit too. So in order to get everything running smooth Im stuck with onboard sound and regular 32bit windows. Only hope is a new BIOS that will allow it to work with the X-Fi.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board

Pros: This was my first build and it went flawlessly,. The instructions arent that great, but you can figure it out. I installed the AMD 64 3200+ and heatsink in a snap. Installed in a cooler master centurion 5 case very easy. I am impressed thus far. Plan to check into overclocking and flashing the bios when I get a new GPU. Thanks Newegg.

Cons: For some reason I am not getting any onboard sound. I have a soundblaster live! 5.1 that i put in and it is fine. I went ahead and just disabled the AC '97 onboard because I couldnt figure it out.

Other Thoughts: Any ideas on how to fix the onboard audio? I dont need it, but would just like to know that it works.

5 out of 5 eggsCheap overclocker board

Pros: The BIOS is very tweak-friendly. 1/4 increments for voltages is nice. Have had zero problems so far.

Cons: None as of yet.
