5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal

Pros: This is excellent. Everything about it is good in my opinion. It has more than what I want.

Cons: I can't seem to overclock with it but I could be doing something wrong. But I don't need to overclock anyway. Also booting is somewhat slow.

Other Thoughts: I would definetly recommend getting this board.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Overclocker

Pros: Excellent motherboard for the price. A very good option if you're building a lan party box. Overclocks well enough, but limited to a 4x frequency multiplier.Stock is 200x5 for a gigahertz fsb, mine has run rock solid at 268x4 for the past year continuously. The onboard graphics running on hypermemory 3dmarked the same as a friend's computer running a 5600xt. Will need a new graphics card for more modern games, but has a 16x pci express lane for it. Space available for cards taking up two slots as well, though you will lose the 1x pci express slot if you do this. With a venice core and a gig or more of ram in dual channel, this computer flies.

Cons: Overclocking the bus overclocks the onboard lan port, so at about 255x4 the lan port becomes too unstable to use. Plan on a card for wired or wireless, if you plan on overclocking this board. At stock speeds the lan port worked flawlessly.

Other Thoughts: Great board for building a lan party box. With a Zalman flower, aditional air is passed over the board, enabling a higher overclock. A large hsf like this will clear all capacitors, and ram, and provide some very good cooling, while being nearly silent. I haven't regretted the purchase for a minute.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: stable, inexpensive, on-board video gets 40+ fps on CSS

Cons: ...

Other Thoughts: Just ordered a 2nd one. First one would not overclock at all with OCZ ram. Trying Corsair ram this time.

5 out of 5 eggsBest overclocker

Pros: Fully Overclockable.
20 pin power supply connector.
PCIe x1 slot location helps PCI x16 add on.
TV out adaptor included.
Fast and Quiet.
Supports all HSF's wih removeable bracket.

Cons: No firewire.

Other Thoughts: Runs great with optional Bios. Opteron 146 prime95 stable at 300x10. All Bios overclocking adjustments available. 3dm2k3 with onboard scores over 2100. Sold my Gigabyte 6150 and bought 5 more of these Jetways.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent "cheap" Motherboard

Pros: -Affordable Price
-Okay Overclocking Options
-Nice Layout
-Good Features

Cons: -Non-Removable CPU Bracket
-Overclock over 250Mhz HTT bus kills all network connections (onboard and PCI add-on). Possible problem with PCI lock?
-Unable to boot to RAID 0

Other Thoughts: At stock speeds, it is a very good motherboard. The only out of box problems are with the RAID controller. Even after updating to the latest BIOS with the latest drivers I was unable to get Windows to install and then boot to a RAID 0 array.

5 out of 5 eggsNOT FOR LINUX USERS!!! - otherwise OK

Pros: Cheap
Onboard sound & vid saves $ on cards
FAST with my setup

Cons: Not much ATi driver support in Linux, expect not to be able to install "ati" or "fglrx" and have everything work properly.

Other Thoughts: I can't take any stars off the mobo as I have only tried it in Ubuntu Linux. I'm sure the vid drivers work great in MS WinXX.

My setup:
Kubuntu 5.10 - Breezy Badger running on...
Jetway mobo (of course)
AMD Athlon64 3200+
512M Corsair DDR 400
Seagate Barracuda 80GB 7200 RPM
NEC DVD, std floppy
Antec PlusView 1000AMG case
Thermaltake W0057 500W TWV PSU
ZALMAN CNPS7000B-AlCu LED CPU fan
5 Thermaltake case fans

5 out of 5 eggsVery good to work with

Comments: I read through the rest of the reviews and decided that this was the board for me. Something that was missing from the descriptions was the fact that this board does offer S-video/RCA out to a TV. Since I was using it for a media PC this was a bonus as I didn't need to use an aditional video adapter to connect to my TV.

5 out of 5 eggsSeveral builds and all A+

Comments: I've now built several systems based on this board including one for myself based on a refurbished version.

We are using them at work with a cheap add in MSI graphics card to provide 3 displays from one machine for monitoring remote security cameras. (1 video output from the board and 2 from the card)
We can monitor up to 22 video feeds/monitor and the machine could easily handle a higher data rate than we require even on a 3000+. The onboard graphics are well suited to this and are actually faster than we need.

Every machine including my refurbished unit has worked flawlessly and most are running 24/7.

Anyone having trouble with the SATA booting probably isn't installing the 3rd party SCSI/RAID driver from floppy during the windows xp install.

The board overclocks pretty well, has worked with several different brands of RAM and seems very stable. No lockups or reboots that appear to be caused by the hardware.

5 out of 5 eggsQuality +

Comments: This motherboard really fit the bill for what i was building for a friend of mine. They wanted something to handle multimedia tasks but didn't really care for any high end gaming. I set them up with the logitec surround sound, so i wanted them to have to option of at least playing a little with it. This motherboard has so many features and the quality of it is outstanding. The capacitors is something i always try to zoom in on the picture and check out, but this one was top notch, i have seen hundreds of motherboards with blown capacitors so i know good quality on that one key component is a must. This mb has great componenets and with the build in video ram, it's a much better deal than the other ati motherboards out there.
