5 out of 5 eggsRuns well

Pros: MicroATX, Nice layout, 4 SATA2 controllers, built-in GMA video, audio, network, runs solidly

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: My operating system would hang often, I figured out I had to enable the 'Flexibility Option' in the BIOS. Please make a note of this option if you have instability issues. Also I recommend upgrading to latest BIOS firmware.

2 out of 5 eggsNot so good a value

Pros: GigE, mATX, ASRock name, low cost

Cons: The previous poster is confused. This mb supports an 800 Mhz FSB NOT DDR800 memory. Also this will not work with a E6300, E6400 etc. Core 2 Duo. The manufacturer's web page states: "This motherboard supports FSB800-CPU. If you plan to adopt Core™ 2 Duo CPU on this motherboard, you can only adopt [the as yet unreleased] Conroe 800 E4XXX processors.

Other Thoughts: I'm still waiting for a good C2D mATX motherboard.

4 out of 5 eggsVery good value board

Pros: MicroATX - very well laid out. Supports DUAL CORE 2 (Conroe), DDR2-800 memory, 4 SATA 2 controllers, rock solid stable board.

Cons: one IDE (who needs them anyway?), no Firewire port (but has 2 USB headers and 4 USB external connectors). Only supports 2GB DDR2 ram strips. PCI-E requires specific video card (pci-e x4 - see website). Most of these are just nitpicking issues.

Other Thoughts: This board REQUIRES you to modify the POWER LED case connector (CASE APEVIA(ASP)|X-QPACK-BK/420 RT). I had to strip the connectors (which were 3 prong) and rewire so that it would fit the Asrock's 2 prong POWER LED pins. Other than that, the board is sweet.
