Foxconn's nForce4 based board brings SLI to everyone at a value-conscious price. The Socket 939 supports the Athlon 64 processor line, including the X2 dual core units. Up to 4GB of dual channel DDR 400 memory can be installed in the 4 DIMM sockets.
Two PATA ports support up to 4 devices and RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1 and JBOD. Not to be outdone the 4 SATAII ports support the same RAID levels, so no matter what kind of drives you have, your data is secure. You can also attach an external drive to one of the 4 USB 2.0 ports on the back panel or one of the up to 6 on the front. And the Gigabit Ethernet keeps you attached to your network at maximum speed.
This is a great board for someone just getting into the SLI platform. Take one home and check for yourself!

Foxconn and AMD...beautiful
- Pros: SATA II RAID x4, SLI, 4 DIMM slots, Great layout, plenty of USB, PRICE!! Just an all around sweet little board. Foxconn and Nvidia know how to get together to make a stable board. Nice piece of work.
- Cons: None whatsoever!
- Other Thoughts: This board flies, without OCing, this thing is stable as all hell, I don't intent to OC it ever so it works perfect for me, has great I/O, terrific chipset, BIOS has everything I want. IF you know what you're doing and you read, and take your time, and double check everything, you will love this board. Do your research...will this work with the rest of your system that you have, or plan to get? Can you get the performance you desire with it stock, or will you need to OC? Don't just buy a board, then when you can't make it work, claim it's DOA, then pen a review claiming your technical understanding is high, when it's really not. With numberous PC builds and even more repairs or upgrades under my belt. I have never ever received a product that was "DOA" I have struggled with certain items only to find out that it was something I did wrong, or that I did not research compatibility or functionality, but in the end...it ends up working. READ THE MANUAL, and take your time, it'll work!
Awesome Board!
- Pros: The specs all rock, the board hasn't given any problems, it's excellent sound has thrived, it's including software comes with some rather nice progams, such as Norton Anti-Virus(not one of the better ones),and even sound editing programs, its SLI capable, comes with an excellent and easy to maneuver bios, and is an overall great board.
- Cons: The only problem was the software that came with it, such as Norton was a pain in the...
so anyway, the board itself has no problems from me, except for the placement of the capacitors around the cpu area but... thats because i gotta blue orb II fan. Otherwise, THIS BOARD ROX! ^^D
- Other Thoughts: THIS BOARD ROX and I hoped this review helped you. Oh! also this board is very comparable to the Asus nowadays, only thing is the updating of the bios might take a while since its from 2005, unless of course they've changed the software. So I hope this helped your purchase decision! ^^)

Good for the money
- Pros: Does it's job, and does it well. The low cost is nice too. Had this motherboard over a month and I have had no problems out of it whatsoever.
- Cons: Needs more overclocking capabilities.
Good Board for the money
- Pros: Fired right up on first boot. Installed newest Nvidia drivers from their website including a 7600gt with 2 SATA drives, Audigy 2 ZS, and a Netgear WIFI card and no problems at all.
- Cons: No cons. I suppose the SLI slots are a bit close but I am not running SLI so not a problem.
Excellent Board!!!
- Pros: Fast and Cheap! it has alot of extras and have had no problems with this board at all! very stable, and OC'able.
- Cons: 939 is a dieing bread, and i still dont like the color!
- Other Thoughts: i have an athlonX2 3800+, aiw x1900, and 2gigs of pc3200, also 2 western digital caviar's in raid 0(thats where my games are installed) with vista installed on a maxtor 150gig. with a 550watt power supply. also an agea physics card. can play any game at fairly high settings. company of heros rocks with this setup, also play ghost recon, c&c3, stalker, hl2, battlestations midway(looks great and runs great on high). will probably go with nvidia 8800gts's for sli, and amd 185denmark 2.6ghz, and ddr1 5300 when i do the final upgrade on this system. i'll probably get another 2 to 3yrs out of this board. i can live without ddr2 for the time being.
p.s. stay up to date with the latest drivers from nvidia.com, foxxconn channel.com hasnt updated there driver page for 2years. make sure you have the latest bios ver. too
