4 out of 5 eggsGood card for price!

Pros: This card is actually really good...i hooked up microsoft halo combat evolved, installed it, and was right into the game.
When i recieved the card from newegg i realized that my computer i was wanting to fix up didn't support that right kind of agp slot.
i was sorta angry, but then i went over to my family's other computer..installed it..and it has a perfect picture.
who would have thought that 256mb is a major difference..
so far i love this card..
i still can't believe it's only $20.

Cons: The driver/installation cd had major dents in it from the card moving around in the box.
if you need to find drivers..ati doesn't have a website..so just google it.
otherwise..NONE!

Other Thoughts: Whoever is looking in towards buying a good video card..and doesn't want to sped $160...this card is for you!!!

5 out of 5 eggsSaphire Radeon, A Gem of a Graphics Card

Pros: Fast graphic response, no hesitation with the games I play, awesome graphic detail with digital photographs, web content and program content. Easy graphic card installation and excellent price for the quality. Reputable ATI Radeon name, quality and Radeon Catalyst Control Center is idiot proof.

Cons: No “cons” at this time. I have had this Sapphire Radeon graphics card for just over 2 weeks and so far, it has worked FLAWLESSLY!!! Only a "hard-core" gamer or techie would need a faster graphics card with more memory. However, I did download the ATI CCC and drivers directly from ATI so I installed just what I wanted and no added extras given on the Sapphire install CD. However, if the card fails in the next few days to the next year, I will re-evaluate The Sapphire ATI Radeon 9600.

Other Thoughts: A friend gave me an almost brand new Dell Dimension 4400 he was going to trash after he purchased a new Dell. He purchased the 4400 "stock" from Dell, which means, it only had 256M of RAM and a 16M ATI video/graphics card. Yes, the computer did run slow when I first got it, but, I added 512M of RAM and upgraded to the Sapphire Radeon 9600. Since upgrade, the computer has worked FLAWLESSLY and lightning FAST!!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the Price!

Pros: Very quite since there is no fan, a very short card (length wise) compared to the last AGP card I owned which makes more room for air to flow to other components in the case.
Raised the Vista performance "Rating" from 3.1 to 3.5

Cons: None that are currently apparent.

4 out of 5 eggsSapphire radeon 9600

Pros: Great price...$xx when I got it for a decent vid card that works well with Battlefield 2! Runs the 6.4 Catalyst drivers and is very stable.

Cons: No built in cooling fan, I added my own after

Other Thoughts: I love NewEgg!

4 out of 5 eggsgood silent AGP card for Vista

Pros: I think this is the fastest quiet, cheap 128-bit-mem AGP upgrade card for running Windows Vista aero glass. Gives 25% higher 3DMark 2003 score than ArcadeFX GeForce 6200 AGP card. Heatsink is cooler to touch than ArcadeFX, when running WinXP 2D gui. Comes with overclocking util, can easily underclock to lower case heat further. (Have not yet tested with Vista.)

Cons: Memory is 5% slower than orig 200Mhz spec, a minor drag compared to all 64-bit-mem cards.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: pretty cheap, 256M @128 bit, fanless heatsink (silent)

Cons: getting quite outdated, this card isn't 325/400, it's actually 324/378. and the newer cards come with horrendous RAM.got it to go up to 405/430 stable, copper ramsinks only made 3MHz of difference

Other Thoughts: good card for the money, but not recommended. Also, hope you don't need to RMA - sapphire's customer support has treated me horribly

4 out of 5 eggsgood in general

Pros: it handles most games pretty well.run pretty cool and easy install plus great features.works great with my lcd BenQ 1280x1024

Cons: some of the games you run might need to be update to work for this card e.g. when i ran k.o.t.o.r. it worked fine for the first couple hours then started crashing Note: not the fault of the video card fault of the software mostly.

Other Thoughts: if you are looking for a decent card that will get you just about anywhere this is the card 4 U but if you are looking for a card that can handle ALMOST ANYTHING then I suggest you move on.

4 out of 5 eggsSapphire Radeon 9600 256 M

Pros: This card is a good choice for poeople without the need for a high end video card. Installed easy and as with other Sapphire card i've owned it hasn't let me down.

Cons: It is an older card. You won't be playing the newest games but many people don't anyway.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card as a filler as i shopped around for what my upgrade to a new board with PCI express was going to be. this card allowed me to continue playing what I wanted and even though I just ordered a whole system worth of parts I will continue to use this card with another pc.

4 out of 5 eggsSapphire Radeon 9600 256 mb

Pros: Good card, my games don't stop and think about what they are doing near as often.

Cons: Even though the game will sometimes stop to think, it does not stop for more than a couple of seconds. Much better than my old 128 mg card

Other Thoughts: A good card if like me you are not running the latest and greatest video hungry games.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Better than my old GeForce MX 400

Cons: Can't even handle CS regular on 1280x1024 (my lcd). Freezes sometimes in smoke grenades. Do not settle for this card
