4 out of 5 eggsEasy

Pros: It was so easy to install, and vista recognized it right away, the video in my computer is so much better now, crisp and much richer, and clearer

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Passive cooler, DX9 graphics with 128MB RAM (for Vista/Aero requirements).

Cons: None for my needs.

Other Thoughts: I was looking for a dirt cheap PCIe video card and managed to stumble upon this, brand new and retail at that. Just needed one so I could set up my old AMD Opteron 165 rig up as a terminal/file server. Can't rate this low for 3D capability because I will never use it for that. It doesn't get too warm and the cooler is passive so it doesn't add to noise. Surprised to see this back in stock at NewEgg but I gotta thank them for it and the price!

If you just need a budget PCIe video card with great 2D quality and some 3D capability then I highly recommend this.

3 out of 5 eggsNO INSTALL ISSUE. SLUGGISG 3D MARKS

Pros: Installed without any issues. good performance with base applications.

Cons: Poor scores on 3DMARK test. For gaming definitley not the card. Upgraded to X800 within a month and for the price difference definetly a better card.

5 out of 5 eggsNo more integrated Graphics

Pros: Cheap and not integrated into MB.
No sharing System RAM.
NO FAN!!! YES!

Cons: Slooooooow. But look at the price, If ATI made them fast who would buy X1900's?

Other Thoughts: Nice little Card, with no cheesy fan that will give you problems.
Does the job for office apps, watching DVD's, and Basic games.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat medium level card

Pros: This card can run most modern games with no problems ( WoW, Far Cry, Doom3). It's good for a low cost medium level gaming computer. It does however have some problems with heat, so keep your case flowing with air..

Cons: It's a medium level card so don't expect to be able to run everything with maxed out settings

Other Thoughts: I used this card for a month or so then switched to a ATi 9800 pro. In that month I played Far Cry and World of Warcraft on max settings ( With one gig of ram) with no problems..
