- Pros: awesome card, this is the one to get if your holding out to buy a new system next year
- Cons: none
- Other Thoughts: to the guy below, the 7950 gx2 is faster than the GTS in every game I tried. FEAR, NFS Carbon and Oblivion. I'd say anybody is better off waiting til there is a selective library of directx10 games out there. Til then yur better off with this, then yull be happy you waited for the time when theres a bunch of directx 10 games and a newer faster 8 series card
- Pros: Absolutely amazing performance. The only thing better than 1 of these is two.
- Cons: Runs just a tad warmer than I expected but nothing that would put it, or my box in bad shape. Just keep it in mind if you put this in a smaller chassis.
- Other Thoughts: Make sure you have plenty of room, between this and your proc. you'll want plenty of space, and airflow.
STOP
- Pros: The 7950GX2 is still a great card and will run almost every game max at 1280x1024 resolution.
- Cons: It's way overpriced. Nvidia is discontinuing this card check out their website! The new DX10 8800GTX blows this away. The 8800gts is faster in some games and equal in most, but it is only single core. The 8800gts is the way to go in this price range.
- Other Thoughts: Believe me get the 8800gts, you will be glad you did.
