Nice, for me
- Pros: I simply wanted it to play games, and it works well.
- Cons: None, none at all.
Great Low end Card
- Pros: Nvidia never fails me, Asus adds on some features and offers a great nvidia chipset without the price of a box Nvidia!
- Cons: Not good for modern graphics intensive games
Asus V9250 Review
- Pros: Low price, great compatibility with low-end mobos (I'm using an ECS K8T890-A socket 939 mobo), and it holds its own with some of the older games.
- Cons: Very limited applications. Don't expect to run any new games at any hi-res settings. Card generates a serious amount of heat under load and will more than likely overheat in a poorly ventilated case.
- Other Thoughts: I'm using a PCI slot blower to evacuate heat from this card's heat sink and exhaust it outside the case. It seems to run fairly well when you use external cooling for the GPU.
