Pros: I own the previous Gigabyte 6600 GT model, without the Silent Pipe feature. I bought the new card to use in an SLI setup with the old one. The new one runs about 30 degrees cooler.
Cons: The card has a bulky physical profile, which could be a problem if there are cramped quarters inside your case.
Other Thoughts: A very nice card, runs quiet and cool. Works well in SLI.

Pros: Silent-Pipe II makes this card very quiet for a lot cheaper than, say, Asus Silencer. Powerful enough for Oblivion. HDTV adapter. SLI. Purevideo not on par with ATI, but it's better than nothing. Great price.
Cons: No dual DVI. Massive enough that it might not fit on some mobos with a big northbridge heatsink...so check that. No games. Benchmark scores lower than some other (though more expensive) 6600gt.
Other Thoughts: First graphic card I've bought from Gigabyte, and so far, so good. Card runs cool, quiet and I can play Oblivion for hours, although not at the highest settings. I would've bought Albatron since I've had great experiences with them but they dont offer much anymore, it seems. Oh well, Gigabyte made the switch for me go smoothly. Newegg does it again...

Pros: Silence. This card has awesome even without considering that it is passivle cooled. The 6600GT is fast enought to keep up with most games.
Cons: A little pricey but worth the silence.
Other Thoughts: Newegg even shipped the same day and I got it the next.
