3 out of 5 eggsaksd

Pros: runs good and run about half my games (not lost planet 2 or arma 2) which i think is good and the price was good

Cons: it runs to hot for my system, needs bigger fan on the card to keep it cool or liquid cooling, can't run games that i want it to but i can always go sli if i have to but im just going to upgrade so ill stick with my card till new card comes

Other Thoughts: DFI Infinity P965-S Dark
Core 2 Quad 2.5Ghz Overclocked to 3Ghz
MSI Nvidia 7800GT
8GB DDR2 RAM
bad monitor
2X80GB hard drives
2X1TB hard drives

Comments: Well everone can start buying now that I bought one it will start falling in prise. =(
Any ways I am extremely impressed with this card. I was having problems with BF2 running 1680 x 1080 at high settings it would stutter none stop. After upgrading to 2GB ram it runs sooo smooth with all settings on high with no AA. My specs are.

Dell 9100<--- My first problem
Pentium D 2.8
2GB DDR2 667
intel 945 BTX
7800gtx
My stock 350watt power supply works fine.
NOTE: UNINSTALL CURRENT DRIVERS; Then download MSI latest driver to use D.O.T, for some reason to try and install d.o.t alone it doesnt work.

5 out of 5 eggssysten requirements

Comments: Intel Pentium III (and above), AMD K7 (and above) or compatible with PCI Express slot
Minimum 128MB of system memory
Installation software requires CD-ROM drive
Interactive Program guide requires Internet connection for listing updates
Power supply of 400 (and up) watt is highly recommended for system stability.

And if your computer is old, don't try to put the newest videocards, go ahead and build yourself a new computer.

Comments: Just to help for the problem, check your GPU system requirements, especially the power supply, as the computer builder said, you need to update to SP2.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Comments: Running this with a AMD Manchester 3800 + Cpu @ 2.0 ghz, 1 gb corsair value select ram, and I can play all the latest games at max settings and max resolution with NO stutter. even the new Half Life: Lost coast demo has ZERO stutter at max setting. Easy to overclock, so should be good for a year or more games wise. Cant wait to see Oblivion...

5 out of 5 eggsOk Guyssss

Comments: Guys stop talking down the guy. It could possible be he got a faulty one that actually runs.... Most liekly its his power supply, or its over heating. Sp2 yes... get it wow... u cant even get sp1.
Oops wait he has water cooling nvm
Also, this is just an opinion thing but. Why would you buy a 3700+ sandy and you still have water cooling.... You said your a gamer. And based on this stuff your not pro, so you probably dont do lots of video editing or lots of graphic design so why did u get a sandy.

Sandy has 1mb L2 cache but if your just gaming AND you bought water cooling, get a 3200 venice oc up to a sandy. Same gaming performance within 1-2 fps.

Unless your Card is faulty, pro computer builder? pfft

5 out of 5 eggsYour a professional?

Comments: I am a professional computer builder. First off update your windows to sp2 and see if that dont fix your problem genius. This card is flawless unless you dont have your system set up right like some professionals...
