5 out of 5 eggsgood card

Comments: Took me 3 tries to get a working card. First package came soaked so i refused the accept it. Reorder came broken, almast 1 month later still waiting for newegg to give me a RMA number (which probably won't ever happen). Third order made it to me in one piece. Plugged it into my new machine and it worked great. Haven't had a chance to test the HDout yet, but i hope to soon.

2 out of 5 eggsBroken...

Comments: I received my VGA along with everything else in one big box, but surprisingly this one item was broken right out of its box. The VGA had a transistor (I think it's called) broken off and rolling around the VGA. Actually, when my father inspected it (he's an electrical engineer), he said it looked like the transistor was pulled off. The process to return this card wasn't easy and I've decided to just go with a refund. From the review, I'm guessing this was just a fluke, but...eh, just a warning I suppose...

Comments: Loudest thing in my system. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm cheap fan for the price of the card. Seems fine otherwise, if you don't mind cheap loud fans.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Great card so far. I'm not a big gamer, but I do some picture/video editing and it seems to do the trick. I really like my double-monitor setup as well.

4 out of 5 eggsGood enough for todays top games

Comments: I thought I might have buyers remorse choosing this card for it's price despite being a generation behind, but it handles DOOM 3, Quake 4, Civ, AOE 3, etc with little to no problems. The frame rates never drop below acceptable levels, although admittedly, I turn AA off because I personally don't like it. I haven't tried it with AA on. That said, I am very pleased with this purchase!

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: A pretty solid card, but lackluster performance at stock speeds. The new 6800GS is a better deal at this price point. I have mine overclocked to 450/800 and I'm getting close to 6800GT speeds, but ymmv. Fan can be a little annoying at full speed if you've got a quiet PC.

5 out of 5 eggsHROAR

Comments: Fantastic. Slapped it in, 2 second driver install from cd, ready to go. All source games full resolution, full effects, no lag. Battlefield 2 upper-middle effects, no lab. So nice.

Comments: Awesome card!! I upgraded from a FX 5700 and I am really amazed. I can play BF2, WoW and HL2 at the highest possible graphics (its all super smooth). Would recommend it to anyone, I plan on going SLI once the card goes furthure down in price.
