Pros: worked great when installed it and for about 5 months.. then it stopped working. great card when it works....

Cons: 2nd rma. and almost 3 months and calls to evga.. still nothing.. i got the package deal. to all buying evga is a major risk. im at the end and have no other point to get this to work right.. in short im taking the cash lost. and get a diffrent card

Cons: none. if you play a game and the game shuts down on you, its not the card. its your processor. dont overclock it so much because...idk why but if that happens to you turn down on the overclockin

dear hokeyplyr48, you can check the temperature of you card with the software provided, all you do is click the tray icon and open the controll pannel, click 3d settings, then click monitor temperature levels

Pros: I have two of these in two computers and they are very stable and run Farcry,COD2,NFS Most Wanted, BF2 etc. on very high settings with great results. I have bumped up the speed to 485/1150 with no problems.I have Zalman VF700 fans on them and they stay pretty cool and very quiet.

Cons: None....although I did have one go buggy in 9 months on my sons' computer but his motherboard went out at the same time.( I'm thinking that might have contributed to the v. card failure) EVGA was very fast at replacing the bad card in just a few days.I am vey happy with the service.

Other Thoughts: I'm sure that there are other cards out there that will have a performance edge on this for the same price but I am still happy with mine and will continue to buy EVGA.

Pros: one step right under the 7900 series, 256-bit interface, PCIE x16

Other Thoughts: I have two questions, 1) How do you guys check your FPS in games? 2)How do you check the temperature of your card?

Pros: Don't have any hasnt worked yet.

Cons: same as pro. I have faith in this thing if I can get one that works. When your building on a budget the cost of multiple rma's becomes a concern returning this one directly to evga.this is #2 hopefully next one works.

Other Thoughts: Seems they don't do very good product quality control over at evga however their customer service is excellent which is a plus.

Pros: Installed this baby and it started working right away no problems at all. The first time I loaded up a game I was blown away by the realism of such things as the water. This is a must have if you like great graphics without the cost of losing FPS in games... Shear brilliance.

Cons: None what so ever...

Huge difference coming from 6800 GT.

Cons: No porblems with the card, it's just that now that the price has dropped some on it I want to get a second one and I'm not having luck finding one.

Pros: Wow, what a difference! I upgraded from a nVidia GeForce FX 5800 128mb to this, and all I can say is, WOW!
Frame rates in WoW in IF at prime time never drop below 40FPS and HL2 is unbelivable, EVERYTHING is turned on, with no lags or stutters. Yeah, the 7800GTX has more ram and higher clock speeds, and the 7900s are just around the corner, but I feel that it is better to stay cutting edge, NOT bleeding edge.

Cons: 1st Card caused the computer to not start up, RMA'd to EVGA and installed new card, now works like a charm!

Other Thoughts: I am running two 19" LCD monitors on that card and the colours and performance is awesome. Excellent value. I bought that card because of the reviews here on Newegg. I am really happy with it. After my computer shuts off, the fan of the card can be heart coming to a stop, like someone is wiping his feet on linoleum. No gripe here really. I can only recommend it.
