Pros: great card got 5009 on 3dmark05 with a venice 3500+....heres the crazy thing OC'd card to 516/1296 and got a 6057!!! amazing!! check futuremark orb
Cons: Got the TX version...watch out, other have had problems with this batch...go buy the 256-P2-N386- AX...not TX
Other Thoughts: EVGA is giving away free limited warranty with this card if you regisiter by the end of feb....it normally comes with 1+1
