1 out of 5 eggsTERRIBLE QUALITY

Pros: The only PRO I had working with this miserable excuse for a graphics card was the excellent service from Newegg.

Cons: I read the reviews when I bought this card. Some people said it died on arrival and others said it died after a few weeks. "Whatever," I thought, "the people reviewing are probably hardcore gamers or overclockers and probably expected the best from this functional card." WRONG! I put this card into my computer. 10 seconds later, dead. No signal to the monitor. No nothing. I highly urge you to stay away from this card. I immediately called Newegg to RMA. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable brand, or at least from a product with better reviews. Trust me, it's worth it.

Other Thoughts: Imagine building a computer, spending hours laboring on it, only to have the video card short out within seconds. Please don't buy this card.

2 out of 5 eggsPoor Video Card

Pros: Is able to put out rather nice graphics for WoW, EQ2, Oblivion, and Fable TLC.

Cons: The entire system with the ati cards regarding "VPU recover". In the first months I owned this video card it would occasionally freak out, and the screen would change into interesting colors and patterns, then most likely freeze, and either VPU recover would save the system from crashing or I would be forced to bios.

Multiple times I have had to reformat because of problems associated with the hardware in this card, and finally, 9 months after I bought it, it stopped running anything with 3d rendering or graphics acceleration all together.

I'm switching to Nvidia.

3 out of 5 eggsOK product, but be wary

Pros: It is pretty fast, it's improved the performance of games from my ATI 9200 PCI, but obviously any PCI-E would. I got this open box, so it was super cheap

Cons: It's not as huge an improvement as I thought it would be; I mostly just play the Sims 2, and it still kinda lags in the campus area without even everything on high...although I wonder just exactly how much of it is also the games fault...Oh, yes be wary, because what other people are talking about is true, it seems to have some difficulty starting sometimes, and the fan goes freaking nuts, so make sure you catch it before it harms itself

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't have got it, nor kept it, unless it were at the low price that I did get it at. At the standard price, I think you could find better honestly; it's an ok card, but idk about how reliable it will be either.

3 out of 5 eggsDecent Midrange Gaming card

Pros: Runs CS: Source, BF 2, FarCry at max settings no problem. Also ran WoW when I still played it. Price.

Cons: Every now and then my screen will go whack-o for a few seconds and it will say there is a driver issue, even though I just downloaded the latest drivers about 2 weeks ago. Also, I ran 3DMark 06 and it averaged 3.48 FPS!!! Absolutely horrid!

Other Thoughts: I ran all settings at max except res at 1280 x 1024, only because that was my monitor's max support.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The price. Runs EQ2 without a problem, and many other games. For the price this is an awesome card.

Cons: None really.

Other Thoughts: If I had waited a few more months would more than likely gone with something else. However, I have no complaints.

2 out of 5 eggsNothing but problems

Pros: dual dvi, relatively cheap

Cons: unstable, runs hot.

Other Thoughts: This card would (and still does not) play any of my 3d games with out crashing. I sent the card in to be fixed. They confirmed that my card was broken and sent me a new card. The new card, however, was no better than the first! I had to diagnose everything on my system before I figured out it was the video card. I have a backup card (powercolor x1300) which runs much slower, but actually works. I have had a very bad experience with this card.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: I upgraded from a x300 gt that couldn't even run America's Army at full rez without lag. This card allows me to play oblivion with minimum lag with everything on high. This card owns. I can play EE2, AOE3, Doom 3, Quake 4, anything I want at high to max settings.

Cons: Can run hot, you need a good fan.

Other Thoughts: Get this card. It's an awesome upgrade from older cards.
