3 out of 5 eggsLoud fan

Pros: Puts out great video for a great price.

Cons: I just built the entire pc and I have 5 fans,, this fan for this card id the loudest one of the five. Not many 2 pin upgrade fans available on New Egg.

Other Thoughts: Attempted to build pc with nice silent Antec case, etc.. but the PNY video fan has thwarted this effort.

3 out of 5 eggsAdequate

Pros: Cheap, fairly reliable, decent card

Cons: Occasionally I had some problems with game freezes, and the card isn't all that great, you can play most games on it, just a matter of how good you want your settings. For CSS, it does great, for games like BF2, it barely manages

Other Thoughts: If you don't plan to do intense gaming, this card will work for you. If you do, at least get 2 of these in SLI.

4 out of 5 eggsYay for SLI

Pros: Good so far, drastic improvement over old 9600xt 128mb, havent tested it with newer games but runs UT04 and Wolf ET without any problems with all settings maxed out, nvidia software is nice, SLI compatible - entry level low cost SLI, 256 mb mem

Cons: There are better SLI GPU's out there, and in another year this one will be obsolete.

Other Thoughts: Running two of these in SLI and have to say that I have been very pleased with them. Not running the newest games or aps but runs 3D studio and older games very well with zero problems, so im assuming it would do ok with newer games and aps. If your interested in trying out SLI but are on a tight budget, two of these are highly reccommended. On a side note, these two cards do not require the bridge (as far as I know the bridge is usually included with the motherboard and not video card(s))

5 out of 5 eggsVery good video card at a very low price!!

Pros: Very low price, way lower than any card in its range in other computer stores. Video card was easy to install as well as drivers. Excellent , flawless video game playback. Has a lot of control features to enhance the resolution of graphics whether on the internet, playing video games , or watching movies. It has more controls features than I really know how to use. The fan on the video card is whisper quiet, and video card stays cool.

Cons: None .

Other Thoughts: Having a little trouble registering video card and finding the driver update for video card specifications at manufacturer website. I can find the series, pci-e specs , but not an exact match for the 256 mb video memory. The manufacturer website shows a 128 mb video card with similar specifications, but this is a 256 mb video card.

Thanks for the fast shipping and courteous customer service as always!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: $50... thats cheap
SLI if you want
Capable of running Doom 3 on Ultra, Battlefield 2142 on high, UT2k4 on Highest and Oblivion on... whatever you call that setting. something like medium high...
also TV out, HDTV component out, S-Video,DVI,VGA out

Cons: 128bit memory interface
not a GT... so its slower and NOT crysis capable...
Only DX9... but still 450 cheaper then a 8800
ummm the fan looks dinky
and... a 5950 ultra outperforms it

Other Thoughts: Saving up for a graphics card but want a temporary one?

Need a decent graphics card now?
get a 7600gt

5 out of 5 eggs350/500MHz

Pros: Core clock speed is 350MHz, which is 50MHz faster than the spec. Memory speed is 500MHz (DDR). Nice heatsink.

Cons: I have no plan for overclocking becase of the somewaht simplified power supply circuit. But it has factory overclocked GPU already, so it is not a 'con' actually.

5 out of 5 eggsNewegg and PNY Delivers at an Affordable Price

Pros: Price! Delivery! Performance! Newegg!

Cons: My MB doesn't support SLI.

Other Thoughts: Newegg delivered quickly, as usual. I installed it immediately after it arrived and installed the latest forceware drivers. Works great. I'm not really a gamer, but I do BF2 on occasion. I tested it on all high setting at 1024x768. Smooth as butter and adds a whole new dimension to the game! I could probably go with a higher resolution. I then tested Liquid 6 effects rendering. All I can say is awesome! At first, I was completely skeptical about the quality and performance of this thing based on the price, but I was proven wrong. However, I'm running a Pentium D 930 with a gig of ram, so if you're running a celeron or a sempron, you can't really fault the card for any perceived lack of performance! Everything I mentioned above, I use to do on a laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700, so this card completely blows me away!!! Some of the best money spent yet. You won't be disappointed.
