Good cheap Card

Pros: Worked perfect for an old Dell 4500. Much better than the old on-board card. Plays most new games at medium (D3, ....) and there is no lag like the old card. I went to nvidia and downloaded the newest drivers, did not bother with the cd. Everything worked great.

Cons: Have open the case to switch from vga to dvi

Other Thoughts: A good upgrade for older machines, especially Dells.

Pros: Passive cooling. I picked this card up to replace one that had burnt out on me ( 8500DV All-In-Wonder) due to the fan blowing out. Obviously I wasn't looking for a high end card to replace the old 8500 card and a passive cooler that keeps the card below 60 when playing games at 1280x1024@75hz is pretty impressive.

Cons: I am fairly sure that even though the card has two heads only one can operate at a given time and the VGA port is just a splitter for the analog signal on the DVI port kind of depressing. I wouldn't by the card for dual head desktops.

Other Thoughts: The card preforms very well for what it is. I haven't done any load testing on it, but given that it is a 6200 it plays games of the time amazingly well. You obviously wouldn't buy this to play Oblivion but if your after something from 2004 this card will hold its own.

Good card for the price

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Good performance for the price. Was able to play Halo CE on highest settings, without a hitch. Played Quake 4 on lowest settings at 20-25 fps, most likely due to my computer (900mhz p3 with 384mb ram).

Cons: No fan, but doesnt get too hot anyway.

Other Thoughts: Thought it might heat up a bit without a fan, but there wasn't really a problem. Overall I was very satisfied with this card, especially since it was my first purchase off of NewEgg!
