4 out of 5 eggsAlright

Pros: This is a good card for what you are paying for it runs every game i have ever put on it. But it would be better to just put that extra money out there to bye a 6800.

Cons: There are two cons the next gen games you put on it most of them will only run on medium. And it has a cheap fan!

Other Thoughts: Ones agen i would just that extra money out there for a 6800 hundred!

5 out of 5 eggsGood Upgrade

Pros: I upgraded from an fx5200 to play star wars battlefront 1 and 2. I removed the old card, put in the new one and started playing within 10 minutes. Was able to jump to 1280 1024 with mostly high settings from 1024 x 768 and low medium settings. I am very satisfied.

Cons: Not enough money to buy a GT or newer 7000 series.

Other Thoughts: Fan is a little louder than the 5200 but keeps the card alot cooler. This card will not handle full shadows, but was able to set antialis to 4x with no performance loss. Was a bit weary on the brand, but works great and would recommend for a cheap upgrade.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible

Pros: Cheap, 6 gen technology, 256mb.

Cons: Did not get the performance I was expecting for this card, although it performed semi-decently. Very noisy fan. After about 4 months of use the card started getting really bad artifacts. I've emailed them a couple times but never have gotten a reply. Horrible support, but I will keep trying as it is still under warranty.

Other Thoughts: Do yourself a favor and just upgrade to pci-e, or at least dish out a little more for a better AGP card.

5 out of 5 eggsGood upgrade

Pros: 256mb onboard memory, a fast(relatively) gpu core, included molex splitter dongle, and DVI to D-sub adapter.

Cons: 128bit memory interface, only DDR and not GDDR2 or GDDR3. It's also kind of loud.

Other Thoughts: This was a very nice performance upgrade for my old agp box, especially considering my old card was an FX 5200 128mb PCI card. The framerates in alot of games has increased dramatically, Halo constantly hits 40-50fps on max settings with 1024x768 (which is the native res of the monitor that I have hooked up to the box). In FarCry, this card nearly equals the performance of my E1505 laptop, which can run the game with Very High quality detail, and 1280x800 native res. The system this card went in to was 350watt psu, 2.13ghz Celeron D 310, 512mb DDR 400mhz ram, 74.5gb 7200rpm HDD, and an LG CD-RW drive. So now I have an extra game box for when my friends come over for a LAN party.

4 out of 5 eggsOverall, good card

Pros: This card has been pretty good to me, allows me to play games like BF2 and Day of Defeat: Source at High/Medium settings

Cons: The fan died after a couple of months but luckily I had a fan laying around to replace it.

Other Thoughts: Its paired up with an AMD Sempron at 2.4 and 512 of RAM. Could probably run games at higher settings if I had more RAM..

5 out of 5 eggsGood enough for me

Pros: Let me squeeze some extra life out of my old computer, for a great price. I can run alot of games at much better settings, and I'm very satisfied.

Cons: None so far, but it does run a little warm, but I've got four case fans and an exhasust fan mounted right underneath it, so it stays at a good temp.

Other Thoughts: Great buy for the dollar, and allowed me to play BFME2 decently.

3 out of 5 eggsFrustration with this card.

Pros: Decently priced, decent, but not cutting edge, performance. Runs most games well, but more recent games really tax it and slow it down.

Cons: Runs pretty warm even with a PCI slot fan directly underneath it. Also, after I installed it, I'd get completely random lockups while in Windows - yet it ran games fine. I lived with a month of this, thinking and testing everything else in my system (ram, hard drives, sound card, mobo, cpu, everything) and the lockups persisted. It didn't matter what OS I used or what driver set I used, lockups were rampant. Once I put my old card back in to any system I was testing, lock ups completely ceased. Needless to say, I'm not using this card anymore.

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for, I guess. It looked like a good card and played the games I had well, but doing mundane stuff in 2D graphics, any computer I had this card in would lock up and was just generally frustrating. I strongly suggest spending more for a better AGP card and avoiding this one if possible.

4 out of 5 eggseh its good

Pros: its good performance on games i have a P4 1.7GHz 512MB ram this and i got like 12 fps on css with my GeForce 4Ti 4600 now i get like 35! i play on all low setts tho but i can play

i went from about 35 to 60 on CoD2 running @1280x1024!
multiplayer with DirectX 7 and low setts but it still lokks good

Cons: nvidia drivers SUCK! i had to un-install and reinstall them every week bcuz it would restart my sysem whenever it felt like it

so i used the 3d Fuzion disc and it works perfectly
Price is WAY TOO HIGH for the performance i played Doom3 with med quality 1024x768 and got about 19 FPS

Other Thoughts: FORGET AGP get an SLi mobo my bro recently purchased a ASUS SLI mobo, XFX 7600GT, 1 GiG of ram,AMD athlon x2 3800+,and he plays css with everything maxed and get between 80-170 fps,he plays CoD2 with max setts and gets 60 fps on point du hoc(the biggest and most extreme performance oriented lvl in the game)
