I would NEVER BUY THIS CARD AGAIN
- Pros: Sometimes it works. and SLI is hit or miss.
- Cons: Fails more often than not. When in SLI mode the cards will decide which wants to be the master and slave and not let you decide.
- Other Thoughts: I have 4 of these cards in 3 diffrent systems (1 system is in SLI) and all have failed within 4 months of each other. Now granted BFG has a lifetime return policy on their products but I no longer wonder why. I have had all 3 cards replaced 3 times within a year.
No Problems
- Pros: It works
Price dual DVI quiet
- Cons: None
I hope the fan does not fall off.
- Other Thoughts: I was hesitant to purchase with the reviews below, but it only to be used as to not use precious system RAM. It installed on a Presario with Vista with no problems. Not to hot or noisy. Rebate made the purchase.
Well worth it
- Pros: Upgraded from gF6150 on board video, 3DMark03 went up from 1398 to 8861, 3Dmark05 up from 671 to 3700. Basically, is about 6 times improvement. O'ced 10% up easily on stock cooling. Handles old games in high and newer games in medium flawlessly. Higher Clock speed and DDR3 is a plus. Well worth it for the money (32 bucks AR, what esle could you buy with this money?)
- Cons: NOT for high end gamer on newest games, even though it can run Oblivion on low to medium. It's a DX 9 card!!!
- Other Thoughts: 3D scores were tested on a 3700 San Diego chip with 7% O'ced on a nF4 Ultra board, and paired with a 1G A-DATA performance DDR400 (CL 2.0) and 160GB SATAII HD.
