- Cons: After getting it before a week I tried to install the s/w in my Dell laptop which has high speed USB2.0 In step 4 when I connect the convertX to Laptop by supplied USB cable,"Found New Hardware" is not appearing, even Laptop is not sensing this hardware. changed the USB cable with working one for testing, but not effective. The ConvertX looks to be defective. Planning to get it replaced! Even I have read the same kind of review. So be ready for a possible replcement
Not able to load s/w STEP 4
- Pros: None

thats my only major complaint, but this is good for someone who just needs to digitalize their videos.
