5 out of 5 eggsAwesome card

Pros: Very very nice card, looks awesome being black, easy to install, I can run almost everything on high in BF2 and never drop below 30fps. Best card for the money if you don't have pci-e!

Cons: Nothing.

Other Thoughts: I might buy another one to put in my other computer. Newegg rocks!!

5 out of 5 eggsFragging Sweet!

Pros: -unbelievable performance for this card
-runs cool
-runs halo, battlefront 2 at max settings (1024x768) and battlefield 2(the real test) at high settings same res w/ 2x aa and good ole elite force runs so fast the game can't keep up (300+ fps at 800x600)

Cons: -power hungry, makes my trueblue 480 drop the 3.3v rail down below 3% off at times, but usually recovers in 3 seconds or so (yes, with connector plugged in)
-wasn't the color that was pictured at first, now it is though

Other Thoughts: 1st make sure you plug in that extra power connector, on a seperate chain if you can than other devices. It will hit that 3.3v rail hard. I have the card set in nvidia's settings for high quality with app control of aa and ai. But, I did run it at max 8x aa and 16x ai on all but battlefield 2. Forget the included drivers, use nvidia's latest. Upgraded from 5200 128mb to this and what a world of difference. I chose this over the 6800 128mb cards due to the clock difference, I think this is a better card. This card is SWEEEEET! System specs:
an*ec trueblue 480 psu
as*s a7n8x 2.0 mboard
A*D Athlon XP 3200+ 400 fsb
Cor*air 512 x 2 ddr400 xms RAM
raid 0-2x raptor 36GB hdd
WD Caviar RE 160GB
2x optical drives
few led lights and junk

4 out of 5 eggsWoW

Pros: Excellent graphics, can run everything on high settings.

Cons: the temperture is pretty high, but it doesn't affect my game play. MAKE SURE to get the lastest drivers. Everyone says the see lines in there graphics because they haven't not gotten the new drivers

Other Thoughts: Besides this card was excellent. Running a P4 2.8 with 1gig ram

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Video Card

Pros: This is the first video card upgrade I've ever attempted and I was unsure of how it would behave in my system. I am pleased to say that I was not dissapointed. Doom3, Halo, and EEII all have no problem on max resolution. Another cool feature is that they sent instructions on overclocking. However they don't encourage it unless you are willing to take the risk. Still all those games were maxed without overclocking. And It runs relativly quite as well. GeForce XFX has my buisness next time I'm ready for another upgrade.

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Runs great, no real heating issues as of yet.

Cons: Make sure you have a PSU thats 450W its the required for this product, and make sure the PSU has atleast 20A@+12v or you could experience "tearing" and have triangles of texture stuff missing when running games.

Other Thoughts: Good once I got the PSU problem fixed

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome card, yet...

Pros: I just upgraded from a xfx geforce 5200, and what a difference! I can run all my games on high or max, no problems.

Cons: Was advertised to come with games when I bought it, but didnt come with any and now the site has changed. They must have switched the product before the site.

Other Thoughts: Excellent card, Excellent service. It arrived in three days, although the box it came in was kinda battered.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but...

Pros: Put out great pixels. Shaders looked better the Ati's 9800pro.

Cons: Did not over clock well at all. I tried all speeds and even a little 10 mhz over clock on both mem. and core and could not get a stable run while gaming and pixel shaking. I was bummed. BUT THEN the 7800 gs came out a week later. RMAed this item within 30 days and bought that card quick.

Other Thoughts: Didnt notice a difference with the 256mb when compared to the 128mb. Both of my roomates have the 128mb version and thier results during stress tests were exactly the same.
The fan was a little loud as well. I water cool everything, but still wanted to hear the fan when I installed it just to see.

3 out of 5 eggsProblems in Americas Army

Pros: I upgraded from a GeForce 5200 to attempt to improve quality of playing Americas Army. the graphics are stunnily better and my frame rate is much improved even with highest settings and a new and bigger Sony monitor.

Cons: The one game I wanted to improve has all sorts of video distortions. Have had no help from nVidia at all in trying to resolve the issues.

Other Thoughts: Even though I think the card is great and the price was very fair I am very dissappointed that there seems to be an issue between the card and the one game I bought it for. Also the lack of tech support from nVidia really is disturbing.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card!!

Pros: Great performance, easy installation, classic high-level of backwards compatibility that nVidia is known for. Speedy Newegg delivery

Cons: Games were not in the box.

Other Thoughts: I upgraded from a GeForce FX 5200 and whoa! We're comparing watermelons to grapes here.

Doom 3 runs like silk at 1024x768 on Ultra High settings. What's more to say than that?
