5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy to install and blazing fast. Just a single one of these babies will run the newest games on full settings with out even thinking about it.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: Runs Fast, Runs Cool in Single GPU setup

Cons: Runs hot in SLi configuration. 30Celsius difference.

Other Thoughts: It might just be poor motherboard configuration, but these cards have very little space between them in SLi on an ABIT AN32. I haven't had problems with Artifacts or crashing, even when I had the high temps. Runs around 42C full load in single GPU, hit 70C a couple times in SLi.

Athlon 64 FX 60, ABIT AN32, Corsair XMS 3200C2PT, PC P&C 1KW Quad SLi PSU, Raptor 150GB, Raptor 74GB, Caviar 16mb Cache 250GB, SB XiFI Xtreme Music, 7900GTX 665MHz, Windows XP Pro SP2 OEM. 12k 3DMARK 05, 8200 3DMark 06

3 out of 5 eggsSuper fast.... but...

Pros: Blazing fast! Put 2 of these bad boys SLI in my new pc (ASUS A8N32-SLI AMD x2 4400+, 2gb 3500LLpro ram, and raptor HD). Ran flawlessly for about 3 days.

Cons: Cards died on day 3. Been working with XFX since to get replacements. Completely unhappy with the excuses XFX has been giving me as to why they still have not been replaced through RMA after almost a month. IF XFX had better customer support I wouldn't have a problem. I am just not happy that they are taking their sweet time. I bought them knowing there had been some problems and thought the "double lifetime warranty" would be great insurance. Now my brand new PC has been collecting dust for the last month because XFX is taking their time.

Other Thoughts: From what I have heard there is a new revision of these cards hitting dealers soon. These new cards have gone through much more testing and don't have as many problems. I think that is why XFX has been taking so long but it would have been better if they would have told me this rather than being silent while I wait.

Newegg Rocks! Fast and quality shipping. I know I would not have had the same problems if I would have worked with newegg on a RMA/return. They have been not far from amazing whenever I contact them.

1 out of 5 eggsSeries is defective

Pros: It runs at low temperatures for such power.

Cons: Avoid the 7900 series like the plague. Due do a design flaw on NVidia refernce boards, all cards in this series carry a high risk of failure, as described by many of my fellow reviers.

Other Thoughts: If you must buy a 7900 series, do not go with this manufacturer. They have horrible tech support.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card so far..

Pros: Using this on an ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe MB. So far I have had really good luck with this card. I have had it for a couple of weeks and I have not had any of the problems that some had with lock-ups and artifacting.*knocks on wood* I am a gamer and my favorite game is BF2. I have all settings on high, 4X, 1280X1200 the lowest my frames have dropped to was in the 50’s on a 64 player map with a lot of action going on. Most of the time my frames run in the high 70’s. (The game limits the frames to 100) I used to have an AGPATI x850 XL platinum this card blows it away.

Cons: It is a big card, make sure you have a case to fit it in. It takes away one of your PCI slots on an ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe MB. A bit pricey.

Other Thoughts: So far so very good. I haven’t overclocked it yet, I haven’t had the need to. It runs cool, but I have a lot of case cooling. Want to buy another one and SLI!!

4 out of 5 eggsim happy

Pros: it runs everything i play at max, bf2, halflife 2: DM, halo, generals, AoE3, GRAW, no problems,

Cons: pricey for me, i had a xfx 7800gt before this, and i dont see a HUGE jump in performance unless you do tests like 3Dmark, bla bla bla, but its better

Other Thoughts: other people obsess to have every extra FPS, i just wanna run my games at 1280x1024 with no lag, and this does it for me,

1 out of 5 eggs2nd card sucks also

Pros: Should be fast if it was stable

Cons: Installed this card into an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe board. Seeing colored artifacts and blotches, and a couple of major hangs. Not much faster than my 7800GT

5 out of 5 eggsawesome

Pros: This card kills my oc`ed 6800 ultra. Got 715\915 oc on the stock fan. Running FEAR, doom, everything on highest setting, no problem.

Cons: Obviously, its pretty big.

Other Thoughts: Save money if you can oc and get this card. I got speeds higher than the xxx version for much cheaper!

4 out of 5 eggsGood Card

Pros: Card runs games soooooo fast at 1600X1200 with 4AA and 8Af. With good airflow in your case this card will stay cool.

Cons: My card, as others have said, did begin to artifact badly after about three days. I have just sent it in to newegg for a new one.

Other Thoughts: This card seems to be luck of the draw as to if you get a working one or not, this is what prevented an excellent rating. If you get a working one you will not be disapointed.

3 out of 5 eggsgood but be wary you might get a defective one

Pros: Quite fast, quiet, runs fairly cool

Cons: There is a chance of getting a defective card which will artifact like crazy and be unable to finish any benchmarks. If your card is bad you will know fairly soon mine took about two days to die.

Other Thoughts: Im sending mine in for a replacement currently will write another review when i get one that works properly for more than one day. This is a documented problem that has been acknowleged by all of the manufactures of overclocked 7900 series cards which apparently have a higher than average rate of defection.
