5 out of 5 eggsNothing but NVidia

Pros: Great card for the money. Two DVI's, one for 22"LCD - one for 55" Sony LCD TV. Runs Beyond TV like a charm with 1080i going to tv and 1680x1050 on monitor.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card for AGP

Pros: Fast card for AGP line. Fans are fairly quiet. Lights on card and a nice effect if you happen to have a clear case door.

Cons: High power requirements listed on packaging. Card requires 500 watt power supply. I was using an Enlight 420w until it died from a power surge (weather related). Right now it runs stable with my old Enermax 350w so it should run fine with a decent power supply.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This thing is amazing. The thing works flawlessly with the drivers. I'm running two widescreen monitors and they look amazing.

Cons: It's kinda big. Not a big problem if you're a good builder.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you use the newest drivers. The drivers bundled with it are kinda lacking.

3 out of 5 eggshope it works

Pros: good frame rate and makes my old computer Vista ready, and Newegg return policy is excellent

Cons: first one died after 4 months

Other Thoughts: if you have a mobo that is old enough to have a AGP slot, build a new computer, after getting my replacement card, I have been plauged by hardware failure of old componets (just had to buy a new drive, maxtor died after 2.5 years) so now I'm left with an excellent product in an unopened box wondering do I try to sell card on craigslist and build a new computer w/PCI express or limp along.

1 out of 5 eggsVery finicky card

Pros: I'm sure this is a great card for many people, but for me it was the card from hell.

Cons: This card worked poorly out of the box. My 4 year old video card performs better than it did. Yes, 4 years old, a 9250. The card is VERY large and may not fit in some medium-to-small cases. The card ran exceptionally hot. The card also caught fire and smoked after FOUR days of proper minimal use. I realise mine was likely defective, but it's probably important to let it be known what happened--I am very lucky that nothing was ruined in my machine as a result of this card.

Other Thoughts: UPS's shipping may have actually played a part in the card being defective. They shipped it across the country from me and back, and getting banged around can really be bad for a card. Newegg has been great to deal with through all of the issues.

5 out of 5 eggsowned

Pros: This video card is awesome. I personally have had no problems with powering this card on my junk Dell 4600. The card is cheap, and an amazing upgrade to my old FX 5200. I am able to play all steam games w/ full graphics w/o any lag.

Cons: Fan is a tiny bit louder than the rest of my computer, but not too loud. Also, card is regrettably AGP and I'm going to need a new one in a few months for my new computer. I will definitely keep this for my backup, though.

Other Thoughts: I was able to very easily overclick this from 350mhz core and 1 000mhz memory to 473mhz core and 1 350mhz memory with absolutely no extra cooling, etc.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Card for the price

Pros: I would have to say that with 512ram DDR 400MHz PC3200 and an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 2.01GHz This video card is decent. I only get an average of 60.2fps. And this is with everything at recomended settings Witch is High, and 4x FSS.

Cons: Not that great of FPS, and even with 1GB of ram this video card never put me over 70fps. I was expecting more for my money.

Other Thoughts: Overall this is not to shabby of a card. For the money you might be able to find something better if you looked around more.
