4 out of 5 eggsan okay card

Pros: well im only going to spend **$ on it but it runs nice. it tends to get a little warm. but im underworking it. im running it on a 4x port so thats why its doesnt seem that great. im running a duel moniter display. and it does that just fine. ive had it overheat on me 4 times in a week. =\

Cons: heat. ill probobly buy a vga cooler.=)

Other Thoughts: wish i was running it ona a 8x port =\ ill have to buy a new board.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat video card

Pros: Great Video Card. Highly Recommended

Cons: Gets hot during gaming and when its overclocked

Other Thoughts: Great for gaming but cant compare to the ati x1900 or nvidia 7900 but this video card will work for games. I can play games such as Doom 3 and Half-Life 2, and UT Tournament 2005 very well. I have had the card for more than 3 years now and had no problems with it. I have it overclocked also and runs great still. It also works great when its not overclocked.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I had it for about 3 years and I had no problem with it. Great for games, not that expensive for a video card. I think it is a good deal if you don't wish to spend a lot of $$$.

Cons: no cons really///

1 out of 5 eggsgood for about a couple months

Pros: well it was running my games fast and ran them at decent settings

Cons: this card runs HOT!!! it just keeps getting weaker and weaker everytime i play a game...i think its bad cooling or just a bad board or someting

Other Thoughts: u cant overclock this thing at all it will overheat and restart your computer...spend the extra money and get an actual ati or saphire cause i have one of those now and it runs much better anyways

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY THIS CARD

Pros: Worked ok for 2 weeks

Cons: Burnt out!

Other Thoughts: The card worked fine for about 3 weeks then crashed. I got ugly artifacts on the screen which got progressively worse over the course of 2 days, to the point where I couldn’t read anything on screen. Eventually it crashed and would not let the system start up. This one is a re-branded piece of garbage and does nothing but ruin the reputation of the actual 9800 PRO. I am never buying JETWAY again but my experience with NEWEGG has been great.

5 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY

Comments: I bought the first one (lasted 2 weeks) and the card burntout making artifacts all over my screen and eventually would not get past startup. Got the second one through newegg with the RMA deal. Worked great for 2 months, and then out of nowehere the fan installed on the card burned off and is currently laying on the floor of my comp. I am now waiting on my gforce 6800. I highly discourage this card. NEWEGG still rocks though!

5 out of 5 eggsGrab bag

Comments: These cards are a little unpredictable as to what you'll actually get in the box. I got a card clocked at 350/325, with 4 pipelines disabled. I installed the Omega drivers, unlocked all 8 pipes, and used ATITool to clock the card up to its max, which turned out to be 390/350. Still, you get what you pay for from Jetway.

2 out of 5 eggs*fantastic* install experience

Comments: Just got this card , and I have to say that finding that the setup.exe (s) on the enclosed CDs do not execute in WinXP is disconcerting. Upon initial install the card reminded me that I did not connect external power to it and to refer to the startup guide. THERE IS NO STARTUP GUIDE. I checked the box and the "manual" for this, but nowhere does it exist.
I still don't have the card running after about 2 hrs of trying different things in and out of WinXP safe mode. Fantastic out-of-box experience Jetway! Thanks a lot!

5 out of 5 eggsBuyer Beware?

Comments: Aparently someone isn't using an AGP 8X Slot. When this card is used in a 2X or 4X slot it does not get enough power, thus comes the artifacts and low clock speed. This card is just as good if not better than the one straight from ATI (when used with the proper setup, that is). Definately a good buy.

1 out of 5 eggsBuyer Beware!

Comments: Basically, this card is a sham. It claims to be a Radeon 9800 pro, but it sure doesn't perform like one. 9800 pros are supposed to clock in at stock speeds of 378 gpu / 680 (340ddr) mem. The one I ordered came out of the box clocked at 324/297.

I then decided to fire up some games. Low and behold I've never seen a card with worse image quality. Sure it was fast, but all the textures were corrupt, and artifacts were everywhere. It is plain unusable in any game... Basically this entire card is false advertising. False clock speeds, cheap memory, and poor quality. Buyer beware.
