Yes, use the Omega Drivers...
- Pros: Cheap, fits 2x-4x AGP, good resolution choices, good DVI, and the TV-out works with Omega Drivers (not with the ATI drivers on the CD).
- Cons: Definitely need to download the OmegaDrivers....then all is great. That UNKNOWN DEVICE is the TV-out...
Great Card
- Pros: Easy to install, worked great right out of the box.
- Cons: None
Coyote in Sheep's Clothing
- Pros: Awesome performance for such an inexpensive card. DVI out, S-Video out, VGA out = nice! Runs cool because it is the mobile chip, hence no fan.
- Cons: Hard to find drivers that work because it *is* the mobile chip. The disc that came with the card didn't actually have a workable driver; HUH?
- Other Thoughts: Highly recommend y'all find and download the Omega Radeon Drivers set. No modification to .inf files needed - there is an excellent driver for the Radeon Mobile 9000 included. Overclockable with the Omega driver if you want, but I'd probably glue a fan to the thing first.
