Pros: Incredible performance increase from my old Radeon 9600XT. Dynamic clocks reduce power consumption when not needed and runs quiet and cool. It has been able to cut through every game I've thrown at it with full antialiasing, anisotropic filtering, and max detail settings. I'm very happy with this card, highly recommended.

Cons: Card is a little big, even for a high end one. In a large server-style tower, it can still take up a lot of room. Definitely something to watch out for if you have a small to mid-sized case.

Pros: ...update - I have not heard from HIS (yet). But I figured out how the card works. In low load states it runs at 499.5/594.0 MHz (core/mem). The minute you put a load on the card it automatically switches to 621/720 MHz. I validated this using the monitor in a certain program. This is actually a HUGH plus since is reduces power consumption and temperature when they are not needed.

Cons: HIS should have stated this in the manual so that people such as me don't freak when they think they are being short changed.

Other Thoughts: In case you are wondering the primary reason I bought this card was becasue every other mfg X1900XT had "CON" comments about noise level - the HIS card is really quite.
