Pros: Best AGP card there is period.
Cons: Doesn't matter how many watts you have on your PSU it's how many amps you have on the 12v rail. Check your specifications or it will not work like the people below.
Other Thoughts: Also make sure all previous video drivers are deleted before installing the new ones. Make sure your AGP slot on your motherboard is supplying enough power and most of all, yes you do have to plug in a pci-e power connector.

Excellent Card - AGP excellence

Pros: Graphics excellent, framerates high. Benchmarks twice as fast as the x800 xt platinum that it replaces in my computer. Best AGP card available at the time I write this.
Cons: I sent 2 of these back. First developed artifacts while running. Second was DOA.
Other Thoughts: If you get a good one you will love it. If not - well Newegg is one top-notch operation. They will work with you until you do! With Newegg as the vendor, I think you can't go wrong with this card.

Card Crashes computer

Pros: Fastest AGP card I could find. Air is blown out of case, fan is alot quiter than my old X800 xl. Got a 2225 point increase in 3DMark05.
Cons: REVISION: Card will cause computer to crash to black screen at least once a day while playing any 1/2 graphics intesive game.. Vanguard, CnC3, Counter Strike: Source ect..

256mb version. If available and you have the cash pick up the 512. Did not come with a Molex to PCI-E power adapter. Make sure to pick on up if your power supply does not have one.
