Pros: Card worked. No compatiblity issues despite XP's failure to recognize it.

Cons: This card sucks when it comes to performance. The manufacturor claims it runs 600+ mhz on the gpu and 800+ mhz on the memory. It runs no where near these specs in reality. Piece of junk, dont buy!

Pros: This is a very good card. Probably a better buy than the value cards ATI has to offer. It runs any game without any compatibility issues. Get this if you are looking for cards in this price range. Recommended over the Geforce 6 series in this pricerange.

Other Thoughts: S3 I though was heading down the tubes at first with their old graphic technologies. But then they finally pushed the S27 out the door with 128MB and 256MB RAM. Both are great but I recommend the 256 version since it handles hi-res textures and anti-aliasing more efficiently.

s3 opens it's doors

Pros: The s27 was easy to install, downloaded latest drivers, 3d performance good considering it does not go beyond SM 2 or OpenGL 1.5. Runs everything I have thrown at it. Chromotion is great. This card is one heck of a bang for your buck.

Cons: No SM 3 or OpenGL 2 support.

Other Thoughts: Even without the latest vertex and pixel shaders, this card will not dissapoint. I dumped my ATI X1900, a major "clunk", in favor of lower power consumption, lower case temperature, and a card that did not take up half the room in my case.
