Pros: A great deal of USB and 2 fire wire ports. Very convenient to have the front panel ports.

Cons: A few more extra wires running around in my tower for the front panel ports.

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure why some people had problems with the operation of the front panel. All ports are working as advertised and it was all plug and play.

Pros: Lots of ports, front breakout.

Cons: The breakout doesn't use a standard usb/firewire header so it only works with this card, and vice versa. Front breakout doesn't come with a 5.25" bay adapter, so it really only readily fits in a 3.5" bay.

Other Thoughts: It's a relatively cheap way to add USB 2.0 and 1394 to an older system, doesn't have any real downsides.
