Pros: Not a lot to say, it does what it is supposed to do. I'm using it with a 1.5tb external hard disk for disk imaging backups of my primary desktop.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: The Unibrain.com drivers do work. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.

Pros: None.
Cons: This DOES NOT WORK with modern Windows OS's (Vista or 7). Apparently, no one knows how to write a FW 800 driver at Microsoft and it gets limited to FW 400. WASTE OF MONEY!
This card will use the default driver embedded in Windows Vista, if Windows cannot find the driver, please do a Windows Update to download the latest service pack. Besides, you can download a third party driver at Unibrain.com. All of our products come with at least 3 years warranty.
