Low profile serial card that works

Pros: It adds two serial ports to your sff computer. Didn't have to install any drivers in XP.

Cons: It doesn't add 20 serial ports to your computer.

Other Thoughts: The guy that commented that it "only comes with the extremely small metal plate to cover the back of the computer" did not read that it's a *low profile* card. That means it has a short plate to fit into small computers.

Pros: Works great! I currently use DOSBox to run some old engraving machines on Vista Home Premium. I was able to set the port and ditch the old 286 it used to run on.

Cons: It fits into the normal PCI slot but only comes with the extremely small metal plate to cover the back of the computer. Still haven't figured out what I'm going to do to securely close it, just have it carefully pluged in and hope it doesn't wobble loose while engraving.

Other Thoughts: I kept this thing because I tried a different PCI Serial card and Vista would not recognize it, couldn't find a driver to make it work but this one does! Oh, and Newegg is awesome!
