5 out of 5 eggsGreat OEM Replacement

Pros: - Really easy install (I was prepared for drilling, but there was no need)
- Relatively inexpensive
- 18 Amps on the 12V Rail

Cons: 400 watts would have been nice.

Other Thoughts: Bought a new graphics card and there was no way the 160watt stock PSU was going to cut it

- I opened my computer up to find the part number on the stock part.
- Then I used power-on.com to find the exact part i needed for my computer.
- Then I checked Newegg to see if they carried it.

They did, and it was ten bucks cheaper. awesome.

3 out of 5 eggsSeems OK but Useless

Pros: appears to be of solid construction and weight, large fan, long cables. Overall I would look at this and say its decent quality PSU.

Cons: 20 pin power connector and not 24. Let's face it - nobody in this country should need a 20 pin power supply so why sell them? Seriously - unless you are replacing the power supply in a junk 1Ghz PC but it should be in a landfill if that the situation.

Other Thoughts: YES I am a moron for purchasing a 20pin power supply rather than the 24 PIN. This of course is entirely my fault for shopping NewEgg before drinking enough coffee in the AM and being gullible making the assumption that this was a modern 24pin PSU and not one designed t power dinosaur PCs that belong in some recycling facility. I will send this back and pay the fine for my stupidity (restocking fee & shipping). These should somehow be marked with giant RED letters stating it's 20pin and not 24 pin to help uncaffinated shoppers such as myself. I will order something with a 24 pin connector later today. I know I'm complaining but NewEgg still rocks and I know they will take this back after I pay the restocking fee.

5 out of 5 eggsit worked

Pros: Works like a charm, put it in my friends old system due to a power failure destroying their Power supply.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: if you need a low power PSU for cheap, this is the way to go, hands down.

Pros: It works, Its very quiet, its inexpensive.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Had it for a few weeks and it has quietly been working away in my 24/7 server. I won't know for sure if it was a value for another 3 yrs.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: First timer here. Wanted to improve my old computer. Added a agp video card so I needed to swap out the stock 250w psu. Unit went in with no problems.

Cons: Non. Ordered items on New Years Day and received them 3 days later.

Other Thoughts: System: HP Pavilion a527x upgraded RAM memory from 512mb to 1 GB added AN EVGA GeForce 6200 video card along with this psu. Not into hardcore gaming yet or building systems just starting.Figure I'd start small and work my way up. Adding the memory sped up this system very nicely running windows XP. Happy Camper
