Tech Level: high - Ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: This replaced a 500 watt generic that lasted a month. Had for over a year still running perfect, with a bfg 6600gt and a prescot 3.4. Well worth the money, no point in buying a dual 12V rail really if your video card doesnt have an sli power connector

Cons: the bottom fan is starting to scrape a little. Still very very quiet, as it runs around 1000rpm.

poor choice for me, too

Comments: Wow, wish I had read these reviews before I bought it. Looks like Antec set out to sink their integrity. 1.9 years old, paid seventy for it through newegg, and it took about two days to fail. Slowly, but surely, the voltage dropped on the +5. Then the computer just would not get through, or sometimes into, the BIOS. Replaced it, on a guess and a whim, with a Roxxxill RV350 (only xx bucks!), and my computer is up and running strong again. Antec's RMA process is proving to be a bit of a pain, too - as if I paid that good money to have my compuer down for two weeks. Thank goodness it didn't fry my equipment like it seemed to have for some.

Poor Quality

Comments: I have had TWO Antec power supplies (True430) fail to maintain stable operation resulting in crashes/reboots/graphical corruption. Seems I'm not the only one...I will never purchase another Antec power supply.
