5 out of 5 eggsServed me well

Pros: It's served me well. I've had this PS in my comp for almost a year now, and no stability probems (until recently). I've finally upgraded my system to the point where it browns out the PS and causes my system to crash.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Zalman 9500, AS-5, AMD 3200+ OC'd to 2.4Ghz at 1.54V, 2x 1GB Corsair 3200, 2x 6800XT, 1 DVD, 3 Hard Drives

With overclocking, and SLI cards at full blast, 480W is no longer enough. Time to move up to 600W.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far, so good

Pros: Quiet. Nice long cables. 4 SATA cables. Doesn't get as hot as my previous PSU.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I never bought Antec before. If this PSU lives up to it's name, I would buy it again.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet and Powerful

Pros: I put one in a gaming Pentium D 920 system about 5 months ago, and it runs strong and stable. It's quiet most of the time, and when the fan comes on it's still an exceptable volume. 480 Watts is *more* than enough for any reasonably sane build you might be considering.

Cons: Not as impressive looking as many other PSUs over $xx that have lights and paint, but reliability is more important than how things look through a case window. You can always void your warranty if you want that stuff anyway.

Other Thoughts: I have one of the old TruePower PSUs in an old system that is still running strong after 4 years. These units impress me more than others I have tried (like Raidmax SLI and Sparkle ones). I liked this PSU so much that I ordered another for a new build. The only PSU brands I would ever buy anymore are Antec, Enermax, and Xclio.

4 out of 5 eggsQuietly Powerful is Right!!!

Pros: Extremely quiet, enough power for anything in your system, huge fan allows for more air flow while operating at a low RPM, tons of cables for just about anything...

Cons: ...Yet having all those cords can be a bad thing. If you are an average user with a Mid-tower pc, there are way too many cables. Over half of the cables I didn't have a use for so I had to tie them into knots and together then stuffed them next to the power supply. This can cause a huge mess if you have a window case and constrict airflow.

Other Thoughts: Bought this supply for the XFX Geforce 6800XT which requires a 500 watt power fupply minimum, as you can see, this 480 watt keeps me operating just fine.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Quiet. Really made my whole system quieter. Also, unlike some other PSs, this one has a connector for the fan, so if your motherboard has a PS fan connector, you can hook it up and then the MB will control fan speed, reducing it when the temp allows, making this unit even quieter. It has lots of connectors for everything, including SLI video cards.

Cons: Just after I bought it the 550W unit went down in price. Oh well - it's still a good value.

Other Thoughts: The quality of this unit is outstanding. For the first time I didn't feel like the Power Supply was the piece of junk metal I put as an afterthought into my system.

5 out of 5 eggsOut of the world

Pros: Antec is known to make some of th best PSUs there are, and i can back it up. this is my second antec Trupower series PSU (neded the ATX 24-pins now), and it derlivers. i don't have a monstruos PC that would suck all the power it offers, but voltages on load don't fluctuate at all, and the main thing: it's ultra silent.

Cons: did not buy at newegg.com ;)

Other Thoughts: Antec PSUs might be a litle expensive, but i think they offer the best bang for the buck ratio. i'm never getting a PSU if it's not an Antec PSU now, they are that great.

5 out of 5 eggsNice!

Pros: Had to upgrade from the TP 380W that came with my Sonata due to a new mobo (24 pin). This PSU seems quieter and is certainly beefier. Runs my new Opteron 165, A8N-SLI Premium, 7800 GT, and 2 HDD just fine.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: Haven't tried in SLI, no comment there.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply

Pros: Easy install, works perfectly straight out of the box

Cons: I had to find some inventive places for stuffing all of the cables I didnt use

Other Thoughts: Was here within a day of being processed, hooray for newegg
