The Antec NeoPower 430 offers super quiet operation and high - up to 85% - efficiency thanks to Active PFC (power form correction). This efficiency factor, along with Antec's innovative "straight-through" airflow path allows the fan to run slower – and quieter – as it exhausts heat from the power supply. As a result, you'll save energy – and money – on your power bills each month. The power supply is backwards compatible with all ATX 12V systems.
With 430 watts of power at your command, dedicated power circuitry delivers a more reliable – and safer – output to your system's components with voltage feedback circuitry and tighter regulation for improved system stability. Maximum, stable power to your CPU is delivered via three +12V output circuits independently of the other components and dedicated power connector supplies energy to any PCI Express graphics card.
In order to reduce cable clutter, the advanced cable management system lets you use only the cables you need to power your system. All of this is backed by Antec's AQ5 5-year warranty.
Pros: Mine came with the Antec p150 case. Very Energy efficient, very quiet for a 80mm PSU. Plenty of connections. Unplug the cables that you don't need for less clutter.
Cons: the newer ATX spec may confuse people.
Other Thoughts: This PSU requires a 1 Amp load on one of the 12v rails in order to start up. If you don't load this much, then it will probably not startup, which makes it look like it is DOA when it is probably not. It's part of the new ATX specification and is no fault of Antec. If you go to a computer store today and look at the specs, you will see that 90% of all new PSU's today will have the new ATX spec with the required 1 amp minimum load.

Comments: This power supply has so much juice with three +12v rails, it's disgusting. On top of that, the removable power connectors make cable management in your case a lot simpler, and the extremely low noise is the icing on the cake. My only complaint is the lack of a dedicated fan power cable like other Antec PSUs have had, so fans run at full speed at all times unless you get a fan controller. With that minor nitpick aside, I've been very happy with it so far.
For the record I have an MSI Neo4 Platinum motherboard with three hard drives, two optical drives, and an ATI X800XL, and no issues whatsoever.

Comments: The PSU fan is very slow and quiet. I wouldn't trust it to help exhaust air from the rest of the case. It is quiet though, which is nice.
The MB power connector is long which isn't so useful for my case but for cases that mount the PSU on the bottom it would be nice.
A very nice unit.

Pros: Love the modular for the price! Use what you need and keep the case less cluttered!
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Other Thoughts: Bought this to replace a PSU in a friends rig. He's not running anything too heavy and this just happened to be on sale. Love the EGG. Big antec fan also, My setup sits in an Antec 900 (1) and powered by an earthwatts 650, but the 650 isn't modular:( I'll fix that next year :)

Pros: Modular design, low noise emission, relatively good cable sleeving.
Cons: One out of four was dead upon arrival... my first DOA out of many newegg purchases.
Other Thoughts: One again, Newegg comes through with a simple and effective RMA process. Thank you Newegg!

Pros: Zero
Cons: My first product from newegg.com that did not work. Now I have a RMA experience under my belt.
Other Thoughts: I'm sticking to PC Power & Cooling power supplies like I should have in the first place.
