5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: I bough this power supply within 3 days it was here. I was really impressed considering I live in the middle of know where!...... + this thing is quiet! and if u think its not quiet enough, you can just turn down the fan speed.

4 out of 5 eggsHmm

Comments: The power supply is alright. Does what it's suppose to. The fan however... makes a rather annoying hum... at middle ish speeds... other than this hum it's good.

5 out of 5 eggsQuality

Comments: You can't beat Fortron quality.. My previous 350W Fortron far exceeded it's expectations. This one is no exception.

120mm fan w/ adjustable speed is hard to beat. Your average system will be just fine at the lowest (silent) setting. Even at the highest setting, this doesn't make any more noise than other PSU's emplying two 80mm fans.

This PSUs is easily twice the weight of comparable 400W models. To me, that says something.

4 out of 5 eggs:D

Comments: Rail's aren't quite as strong as I would like... only has 5 standard molex's.. and 120mm fan is very loud when turned up all the way, but moves a lot of air and looks great! A good buy.. just don't plan on hooking up a bunch of hard drives or 10 fans to it...

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet and efficiant

Comments: This power supply is great, I bought it for my future FX system. The power supply can actually give out around 450 watts and its very quiet under low and medium settings. Even at full blast the fan is not nearly as loud as those small 80mm fans. Now I onlyl use 120mm fans in my case and I don't even know they're there.

The fan LEDs it came with didn't match my case LEDs so I opened it up and cut the cable and twisted on a matching 120mm fan. I would only recommend doing this to someone who knows what they're doing, otherwise, don't open the power supply.

Overall, its a great power supply unit and even has blue molex connectors. It includes one SATA power adapter as well which doesn't matter too much seeing that most SATA HDs come with a molex power adapter as well.

4 out of 5 eggs

Comments: I picked this model over the slightly higher quality FSP400-60PFN RET model. It has a much larger fan that doesn't need to spin as fast as the above model (read: quiet!) The downside is that the fan speed is manually set via a knob at the back of the PS. Despite that, I am very happy with this model, and you can't beat Fortron quality!

3 out of 5 eggs

Comments: This particular Fortron model does not seem as high quality as previous Fortrons. It seems to hold the voltage fine, but it only has five standard connectors. There is also no fan RPM monitoring lead. The fan also has a slight growl to it even at it's lowest setting. I've heard the non-LED version is quieter. It does come with one SATA connector, which was a nice suprise.
