Works fine, a few hitches
- Pros: Compact design, good throughput with USB 2.0 disks.
- Cons: The users manual says that if USB 1.1 devices are plugged into this hub, the other ports will operate at 1.1 speed. So it seems that if you want USB 2.0 speed (a must for external disks) you should not plug USB 1.1 devices into this hub.
A Thing O' Beauty
- Pros: Small footprint, USB ports on the front (unlike other hubs I own) which makes it easier to use and it's powered. It's purty! I'll be buying another one soon.
- Cons: Nothing wrong with the hub at all. The product description should mention that it's powered though.
