Pros: Very well built removable drive-rack. Definitely would get another one.
Cons: I wish that you didn't need to use a key to lock/unlock the drive. I believe in security and protecting your rack from PB&J sandwich insertion (if you have young kids) but I don't need that protection. I wish there was just some type of simple latch built so I wouldn't have to worry about losing a key.

Pros: I've used various hot swappable drive bays over the year and this is the one I plan on sticking with for the foreseeable future. Because of it's solid aluminum construction I don't live in fear of breaking something when moving the drives around. Because it is metal the rack itself dissipates some of the heat from the HDD.
Cons: As other reviews mentioned these racks have the HDD plug directly into the frame when you insert it. If you frequently are swapping drives or are just wreak less you could end up breaking off your SATA connector. The built in fans seem to have a 50/50 chance of being noisy. Depending on your airflow setup you could possibly disconnect them but they haven't annoyed me to this level yet.
Other Thoughts: I have 5 of these in a rack mount server with a 6th in a 5.25 USB enclosure. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817392004) This allows me to have the option of taking any one of my 5 1Tb HDD's with me when I leave home.

Pros: Easy to install (thanks to reading the reviews, I knew it must be locked before my motherboard would recognize it), very handy, the fan makes me feel better. Very convenient, aesthetically appealing.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I've had to swap this out a few times, and I've had to restart to make the new or other hard drive register, which I'm used to. I've taken it out while my system was still on and it didn't break anything...
I am awesome.
