4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It is small and works out of the bx

Cons: It is missing the driver CD, not that it matters, but it is evidence of a returned item or bad item.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Compact, lightweight, fast

Cons: Power adapter not included. When I hooked 2 2.5" hard drives up to it, it did not have enought power to run them. I had to run the pigtail from the usb cables that came with the hard drive controllers to a usb port on the computer itself (A Dell Inspiron B130)

Other Thoughts: Throughtput test with a 2.47 gb folder compressed to 2 gb on disk with 678 files ranging in size up to about 80 mb and 88 subfolders:

6:00 drives connected to Hub side by side
5.51 drives connected to Computer
6:04 drives connected to Hub opposite corners

5 out of 5 eggsCompact and Easy

Pros: This is a great little compact hub. If you need extra usb ports this will give you 4 more. Plug and play works like a charm.

Cons: The only cons I have is the cord could be a little longer and from the picture it does look bigger (but if you read the specs you know what to expect as far as size).

5 out of 5 eggssweet little hub

Pros: very small and good looking, also the power cable it comes with can steal power from an USB pr ps2 port (great for laptops that use it with a pcmcia usb2 card)

Cons: can't really use all ports becuse the are so close.

Other Thoughts: i velcroded it to my laptop so that i can attach it while moviing. holds my wifi and wireless mouse deal. very clean and effictive.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Works. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and windows recognized it immediately. (so there is absolutely no need for the driver cd... which it didnt come with) Speeds seem good with my Corsair jump drive plugged in; I can't tell any speed difference between this and a USB port on my computer. Handled three USB drives at once without a hitch. Feels solid.

Cons: The cable is short, so you might have some trouble putting where you want on a desk; I have mine sitting on top of the computer case under the desk.

Other Thoughts: For the price, this thing is great.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It is small and can be powered by bus, or DC adapter.

Cons: Mine did not come with the DC adapter, or the CD shown in the picture.
